Renter understands that an insurance policy covers the Property but that this policy insures only the Property and the tangible personal property in it owned by the owner and does not insure any personal property of the Rental Party or Renter’s licensees, invitees, or guests. Renter is advised to seek traveler’s or renter’s insurance if Renter desires to insure the Rental Party’s or other persons’ personal property during the occupancy. Regarding our pool heat: Heating the pool takes a lot of propane during the colder months so we have this as an optional fee. We have also found that not all of our guests want to swim in the colder months so upon booking we will ask if you would like to heat the pool. We also have an on-demand spa which is controlled by remote in the house. The spa takes about 15 minutes to heat up to the expected temp. To accommodate a heating request, advanced notice is required as the pool may take a few days to hit the optimal temperature. Other things to note We have very strict outdoor quiet hours from 10pm-8am to respect the neighbors. This is a Scottsdale ordinance. If we receive noise complaints or the police get called to the property you will be asked to leave without being refunded for your stay. We will also charge an additional $500 fine for the noise violation.
