Each Dog is required to be licensed and all vaccinations are required to be current. Renter MUST Travel with these records. If asked, Renter must be able to present the up-to-date vaccination records for each Dog. Renter to provide owner a copy of the CURRENT VACCINATION records prior to check in for approval and a PHOTO of dog/dogs. 10.	Each Dog must always wear proper identification. 11.	Renter is responsible for removal of their Dog’s debris, waste, and hair. If any excrement is found, Renter may be fined per occurrence and be charged additional fee’s as needed. 12.	Dogs are subject to local noise ordinances. Southern Sea’s owner Kim Clower retains the right to refuse to accommodate and/or evict any dog that it determines, in its sole opinion, may create a hazard or disturb the quiet enjoyment of its resident neighbors with forfeiture of all monies paid. 13. It's roughly a 5-10 minute walk or a 2 minute ride from the neighborhood shuttle (during peak season). Guest access Parking is limited to 3 vehicles in the driveway (2 vehicles fit easily, 3 smaller cars would fit). There is overflow parking at the pool and across the street from the community but is limited to first-come-first-serve so please plan your driving accommodations accordingly. A cheerful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom beach retreat tucked into the quiet, charming neighborhood of Crystal Beach Cottages. Just a short walk to the emerald Gulf waters and steps to a sparkling community pool, this dog-friendly home invites your whole crew (pups included!) to relax and unwind in true coastal comfort. Inside, you'll find fresh flooring, new paint, and a welcoming layout designed with vacation in mind. The main house includes a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room with a triple bunk, daybed and trundle, all equipped with black out curtains — perfect for a restful night’s sleep after a day at the beach. For added flexibility and a little extra privacy, the fourth bedroom is located above the garage with a separate exterior entrance. This cozy suite features a sleeper sofa, full bath, and is a great option for teens, late sleepers, or anyone who appreciates a little independence while still being part of the fun. (Please note: the garage is not accessible to guests.) Whether you're sipping coffee on the porch, spending long days at the beach, or exploring Destin's dining and shopping scene, Sunkissed and Salty offers an affordable, comfortable home base for your next getaway. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. This home is pet friendly for 1 dog up to 50 lbs or 2 dogs up to 25 lbs each with paid pet fee (please inquire before booking) and up to date shot record are welcome to stay at Sunkissed and Salty. We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25. The space >> Living Areas << • Begin at the quiet one road neighborhood entrance, and pull into our private driveway that accommodates up to 4 vehicles & with its waiting 6-passenger golf cart (included February 2026) Beautiful trees shading the home invite you up the stairs to the front porch to kick up your feet, reminiscent of southern coastal living! • The entry leads you directly into our cozy living area with a cozy couch (that doubles as a sleeper sofa), occasional chairs, a natural gas fireplace and a Smart TV with standard cable, perfect for movie nights and rainy days. • Right past the living room, with an open concept feel is a beautiful traditional dining table that can seat 8, and breakfast bar seating for 2. • The kitchen is absolutely perfect. With a BRAND NEW 2025 full remodel, we have a top notch chef's dream come true. From the white shaker cabinets, sleek white subway tile, farmhouse sink, and ample counter space, it checks all the boxes for your southern living dream vacation. It comes fully stocked with a top of the line gas oven & stovetop, dishwasher, fridge, under counter ice maker (perfect for cocktails or filling your beach cooler), microwave, small appliances (crockpot, blender, etc.), cookware, dishes, and a coffee maker that appeals to standard drip coffee drinkers as well as Keurig connoisseurs! If you plan to cook during your trip, we encourage you to bring along any spices, condiments, & oils you may need as we do not provide any perishable or non-perishable items. • Guests will find a full-sized washer and dryer conveniently located in the laundry room just off the kitchen and dining area. >> Bedrooms & Bathrooms << • Right past the kitchen you'll find the two ground floor bedrooms. The first bedroom to the left is perfect for all the kids! It can sleep up to 5 with a Queen-over-Queen bunk bed, and a Twin trundle under the bunk bed. Closet & dresser space is available in this room. • The second bedroom is a Queen room, complete with a TV, dresser and closet space & a private exit to the backyard. These two bedrooms have easy access to the full shower bathroom across the hall. • Head up the staircase to the grand master suite. You'll find a spacious King bedroom with its own reading nook, a Smart TV, a massive walk-in closet, and an ensuite full bathroom with a walk in shower, separate tub, and his & hers sinks. Enjoy an added perk of a private screened balcony with a table & chairs, a large swing, and an additional outdoor patio with sun loungers. • The carriage house behind the main house appeals to the guests in the group that crave a little bit of separate space. You'll pass the pool area, around the corner and up one flight of stairs (a separate entry right off the driveway) is the upstairs studio which has a Queen murphy bed, a full shower bathroom, a small sleeper sofa sitting area with a Smart TV and an entire full kitchen! It also has its own deck that's perfect for grandma and grandpa, or the newlyweds in the family! >> Outdoor Space << • The shaded front porch extends around the front of the house, the perfect place for relaxing with a crisp cool drink after a day at the beach in one of our multiple sitting areas. For those seeking solitude in the group, our third floor private upper deck is perfect for looking out to the sunset over the small glimpse of the ocean with a glass of wine! • The backyard inspires relaxation with a fully fenced in yard, a large pool, dining and seating areas, & a propane grill (propane is provided for your stay). Ask about adding pool heating for a great price for trips in our chillier months! • There’s an outdoor shower located right off the pool deck on the side of the home for added convenience! >> Beach Access << • This cozy home is about a 1/2 block from gated beach access that you're provided a code for your stay to access! Please keep in mind that due to HOA rules canopies & tents are NOT permitted to be used in this beach area. We do supply beach towels for guest use. Any other beach items may be left at the home by another guest, but we do not stock or guarantee any items. >> Tiny Travelers << • We provide a pack & play, high chair, and plastic dishes/cups/silverware to accommodate the children in your group. These items are complimentary and always available at the listing. Guest access • You’ll receive keyless entry instructions at 4PM CST on the day of your arrival for a smooth, hassle-free check-in. • You'll have full access to both homes for your stay. Other things to note • We recommend bringing additional supplies for your trip, as only a small amount of complimentary "hotel/travel size" items are provided, typically enough to get you through your first day (depending on your group size & length of stay). Items recommended to bring are: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, soap, specific spices, oils, plastic wrap/foil, sunscreen, aloe, and beach items other than our provided beach towels that you can't live without. • Please read our house rules in detail before booking. We take time to put important information here that we need each guest to take into consideration when booking our home. While not all items listed may apply to your stay, we host guests of various group compositions so must list all rules that could apply to a trip. • Please plan your trip accordingly as we are located in Central Standard Time with a check in of 4:00 PM and a checkout of 10:00 AM the day of your departure. We do not permit early check-ins, or late check-outs unless previously discussed in advance as it is not always possible to accommodate them. • Spring break/student groups (any group under 25 years old) are NOT permitted at any time. We do not make exceptions, and you will not be permitted access to the home. • Parties and events are not permitted. • We are pet friendly with a one time $325 fee (this includes emotional support animals). Only ADA recognized service animals are exempt from this and we must be notified prior to your arrival. Any impersonation of a service animal (i.e. emotional support animals or pets) is a crime in the state of Florida and will not be tolerated at any time. • We always recommend inquiring about a golf cart rental as we offer a premium discount for our guests - varying by season. Golf cart rental & pool heating are not included in your booking so ask about these amenities when booking for pricing!
