A starter of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, and basic seasonings will be provided for your stay. Our cabin has fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryer, towels, and linens. Propane is provided for gas grills and connected directly to main cabin propane. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent fires. We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out. Although we try our best to have no hot tub issues, there may be times when it will require repairs. Fireplaces are seasonal from mid-October to early May. Plus it has a loft bunkroom with six twin mattresses (two built in triple bunk beds). There is also a half bath downstairs and another half bath in the loft, making this cabin have a total of 6 bathrooms! Sweet Dreams will comfortably sleep up to 16 people, including a queen sized pull out sofa bed downstairs. The spacious and beautiful kitchen is decked with white oak cabinets, quartz countertops, and a double oven to make holiday cooking a delight. It is fully stocked with all the necessities for cooking, dinnerware for both adults and children, plenty of countertop space to create your own charcuterie board, and seating for 16. In the kitchen you will find an electric stove, double oven, built in microwave, refrigerator with filtered water/ice maker, and dishwasher. The kitchen is also equipped with a crock pot, mixer, toaster, and coffee pot. The Great Room is connected to the open concept kitchen and has soaring 29 foot floor to ceiling picture windows. There is plenty of seating and a pull-out Queen sized sofa bed with fresh linens (in the laundry room). The huge stone fireplace is a must for any log cabin, and because the fireplace is electric you will be able to create the cabin ambiance even in the summer months. Gathering together to watch TV is a must in this room. During the holiday season there will be a fully decorated Christmas tree and holiday décor as well. There is nothing better than Christmas time at the cabin! The loft upstairs overlooks the Great Room, and you have the option to close a set of barn doors to create a fully separated space for the kids. The loft is a great space to cozy up on the couch and watch movies, enjoy the 2 player arcade machine with 40+ games, or play a competitive game of foosball. We also have a Nintendo Wii to play a nostalgic game of Mario Kart. The loft also has a small “book nook” for the little ones to sit by the window and read the provided children’s books. A Bushel and a Peck - 5 BR, Wi-Fi, Hot Tub, Pet Friendly-2 dogs up to 15 lbs, $30 per night per pet. Other things to note A Bushel and A Peck is large enough to host 14 guests be they friends or family. The large circular drive gives ample space for multiple vehicles and boats. A front porch entrance leads into the living room, kitchen, and great room where everyone can be involved in up to the minute activities. The living area is furnished with recliner seating in front of a stack hearth gas burning fireplace (seasonal October 15th – April 15th). A flat screen TV with DirecTV package (PPV not available) is mounted on the hearth. Two sets of French doors lead from the living and kitchen area to the wrap around porches where you will find spaces for relaxing, cooking and more entertaining. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cook top with electric oven, side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, large farm basin sink, and beautiful granite counter tops. The plentiful cabinets are stocked with dishes, glassware, eating utensils, bake ware, pots &amp; pans and cooking utensils. Dining for multiple guests can be accommodated with the large table or island counter bar stool seating. Downstairs are five of the bedrooms. The Eagles Nest is a king bed master suite located to the right off the hallway. A private bath is within the suite with a large tile shower and double vanity. This bedroom has a private door to the back deck and hot tub area. There is a second sitting porch that is shared with the Bear Lair off of this bedroom. The Grey Wolf is a king bed master suite located to the left of the hallway. This bedroom has an attached bath with shower and double vanities. The Coyote Cave bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. This bedroom has an attached bathroom with shower/tub combo and single vanity. Down the hallway is the Bear Lair with a king bed and a door to the sitting porch shared with the Eagles Nest. This bedroom shares a Jack-N-Jill bathroom with the Bunk Hall. The Bunk Hall has four twin bunks. All bedrooms have flat screen TV with DirecTV package (PPV not available). The laundry closet is located in the hallway and holds a full-size washer and dryer. Upstairs has an open game room/entertainment area with pool table, sofa and flat screen TV with Direct TV package (PPV not available), and reading nook along with a sleeping area with queen bed. There is a half bath upstairs. The outdoor deck and yard area offers multiple seating options, a large dining table, gas cooking grill (propane provided) granite counters for meal preparation and serving along with a seating arrangement in front of a wood burning fireplace . There are two flat screen TVs outside- one mounted over the fireplace then one in the outdoor kitchen area. On the gravel yard there is a circular fire pit for wood burning fires where you can roast marshmallows for making S’mores. There is a child’s play set along with heavy double swings for the entire family to enjoy. Located in Lost Creek development you are only minutes away from local eateries and entertainment of the Hochatown Saloon Restaurant, The Petting Zoo and other attractions.
