Perfect for summer escapes, snow season, golf, hiking, fishing, or a relaxing mountain getaway. The space Our cabin is designed to be comfortable for families, couples, and small groups, with plenty of space to relax and have fun. The main living area features a large stone fireplace, 70-inch 4K TV, comfortable seating, a fully equipped kitchen, and an expandable dining table. The cabin sleeps up to seven guests. The upstairs game room includes a pool table with ping-pong topper, darts, board games, arcade games, a 4K TV, additional sleeping space, and a dual-monitor desk for remote work. Children should be supervised by an adult while using the upstairs game room. The garage has even more entertainment, including a full-size ping-pong table, 9-foot shuffleboard table, and two-player Pop-A-Shot basketball. Outside, guests can enjoy the wraparound deck, grill, Solo Stove fire pit, playground, and treehouse. Please supervise children while using the outdoor play equipment. Dogs are welcome with a pet fee, but they are not permitted upstairs in the game room and must be leashed while outside. The cabin is located just a few blocks from Pinetop Lakes Country Club and Pinetop Lakes Golf Course, with easy access to restaurants, hiking, fishing, skiing, and other outdoor activities. Dogs are the only pets permitted and are not allowed upstairs in the game room. They must also be leashed whenever outside the cabin. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the cabin, garage, or any enclosed area. Outdoor smoking and use of the fire pit are only permitted when local fire restrictions allow. During winter weather, four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is strongly recommended. Neighborhood roads are maintained, but our driveway and entryway are not routinely plowed. Snow shovels and ice melt are provided in the garage. If snowfall reaches approximately 12 inches, we will arrange for the driveway and entryway to be plowed. Firewood for the outdoor fire pit is not provided, but it can be purchased easily at nearby stores. Please keep in mind that Pinetop is a mountain community, so weather conditions can change quickly and wildlife may occasionally be seen around the property. We do not have a smart TV in the master-bedroom. We have great Wi-Fi but there is no TV cable in our cabin. As most of us need a cup of good coffee to start up the day, we have a Keurig single cup coffee brewer available for your use. Don't forget to pack your cooking spices/food, and toilet treats. Everything else we have for you in our Pinetop home. Although we love and care about your 4-legged family members, we are, in respect of others and their possible allergies, pet free property. Close to Sunrise Park Resort and right next to the Pinetop Lakes Golf & Country Club. A rental agreement & ID are required or the reservation may be subject to cancellation. The space This cabin sleeps a maximum of 6 Adults, the top bunk beds are for Children only. Must be 25 or older to book. The house has a large master suite with a king bed, double vanity bathroom, walk-in shower, and huge closet. It also has a private patio out back where you can enjoy some alone time. Down the hallway you will find the first guest room with 2 bunk beds, sleeping 4. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Then the second guest room with a King size bed. The living room is has a gas fireplace for those cold nights and plenty of room to entertain. The kitchen and dining room seat 10. The kitchen is stocked with all your necessary items; plates, bowls, utensils, pots, blender, Instapot, Keurig and drip coffee pot, etc... There is a full washer and dryer with detergent available. There is plenty of parking out front in the large wrap around driveway. Out back you will find a table and seating for 10, Propane BBQ grill, gas fire pit, hot tub, and plenty of room to play your favorite outdoor games. There is also a gate right out to the National Forest!! The fire pit is gas so there is no work, no fire restrictions or blackout dates here! In the garage you will find a GAME ROOM that includes a PING PONG TABLE, a GOLDEN TEE arcade game, and an additional arcade game that has 10,000 games to choose from! As well as 4 adult and 2 kid bikes with helmets for you to enjoy. With only 2 neighbors this is the perfect house to enjoy some piece and quiet. Please reach out with any questions. We do have three cameras on the front of the cabin as well as one up high on the back of the cabin for security and to catch any wildlife that may wander by. The space Our cabin is located in Pinetop Arizona which does get snow during winter months which is one of the best things about Pinetop winters. We do recommend an AWD or 4 wheel drive car if there is snow in the forecast. As you walk up the few steps to the front porch you will find a keyless lock where you can enter your guest code for easy access during your stay. Walking in you will see the open floor plan with the newly appointed kitchen to your left. The large dining room table is just off the well equipped kitchen. This area easily sits seven whether it is a nice home cooked meal from the kitchen or on the new propane grill located on the deck. The living room has all the right feels from the beautiful vaulted wood ceiling and the large windows overlooking the private backyard. Relax on the couches to watch YouTube TV, Netflix or Disney. There is a desk also just in case you feel the need to check in. But if family fun is more your speed enjoy board games, over sized Jenga or Play a few games of cornhole.
