The home is in a residential area and quiet hours are in place between 10:00pm - 9:00am. Any fines related to noise will be passed onto the guest. ✘ NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED! If any pet waste is found on the property - inside or outside - you will be charged an additional cleaning of fee of $250 + additional fees for any damages caused by your dogs. ‼ While we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we cannot be held responsible for any external factors that may affect your stay, such as power outages, weather conditions, or other unforeseeable events. We also cannot be held responsible for any disruptions caused by construction, traffic, or other events outside of our control. We generally do not offer late check-outs as we need to ensure enough time for the home to be thoroughly cleaned between guests. That includes the cost of packaging, postage, and any associated fees, plus an additional fee of $50 to cover the time required for someone to arrange the shipment. ☛ Guest agrees to properly secure bikes at all times to avoid theft, damage or unauthorized use. This includes ensuring that all bikes are locked and properly secured when they are ridden to another location. Every bike should come with a lock.
