Skip the in-town traffic in Park City and go directly to Deer Valley’s Jordanelle Gondola, Park City Mountain Resort, Old Town Park City, and the Sundance Film Festival. You will want a car or shuttle service due to the off-grid location, but a free bus can take you anywhere in Park City. During the winter, please be sure to rent a vehicle with 4 wheel drive. We have the best snow on earth and 4 wheel drive will serve you well. Our guests enjoy skiing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, tubing, and snowmobiling in winter. Hiking, paddleboarding, ATVing, fly fishing, swimming, and more available nearby in summer. Recreate nearby at Rockport Reservoir, Jordanelle Reservoir, Weber River, Provo River, and dozens of golf courses. Most destinations are a 10-20 minute drive, making the lodge a perfect launching pad to endless adventures. SUSTAINABLE DESIGN - The energy-conscious design of our Park City lodge leaves virtually no carbon footprint. It’s completely off the grid and powered by solar panels and one windmill. It's 5 minutes driving distance to Deer Valley and Park City. In the winter, the driveway is plowed in the mornings when there is significant snowfall. A CAR IS RECOMMENDED AS WE ARE NOT ON THE BUS ROUTE . The space Our Home is equipped with a gourmet kitchen, dining room, family room, entertainment room with pool table. During the summer months, lawn care service is scheduled once per week, typically on Wednesday or Thursday (sometimes Friday). We kindly ask guests to keep personal items off the lawn on those days. Additionally, hot tub maintenance is performed once a week, usually on Thursday, though the day may occasionally change. Wasatch County has amazing outdoor activities and this means getting dirty, please leave the dirt outside and realize that the furnishings in the home are expensive and we require you to keep them clean and like new. We would like to have a great experience and don't want to be opening a payment request with Airbnb's "AIR-COVER" program, and we want to ensure you are happy guests. as well. There are three major world-class ski resorts, the best golf courses, hiking and mountain biking trails just one minute away! The space In light of current events, we are working around the clock to ensure that our guests can feel safe staying in our home. Using CDC guidelines, surfaces are cleaned with a 99% bleach solution disinfected before each guest's arrival. Unlike standard hotel practice, we strip quilt coverlets and bedspreads and laundering them between guests. We ask ALL our guests to assess themselves and the health of their fellow travelers in the days and weeks leading up to their arrival at our home. There are 2 huge decks set up for hanging out and enjoying the scenery and fun life of upper Main Street on Daly. There is a big 8 man hot tub on the back patio and a firepit with tons of privacy. It's my favorite part of the house to hang out because you are all secluded and cozy outside under the stars. Tons of privacy!
