The home sits in a quiet cul de sac filled with nature sounds. We welcome pups, guest house has dedicated dog run area (pets must be approved by host). The space This upgraded guest house with RV parking is fully furnished and now includes a large king size bed with a Saatva luxury med/firm mattress. Full kitchen that features stainless steel appliances (kitchen has basic cooking items and is not fully equipped with all cooking necessities). Large laundry room with standard size washer/ dryer. It is divided from the main house allowing privacy to its own yard and space. It has its own private access, desk/work area, dual head shower and large vanity space. Living room tv has cable and the bedroom tv is able to access most apps. Guest house has private entrance for access to its own dog run area. All pets must be on reservation so we are aware we are hosting pets. If pets are not on reservation, we will not have the space prepped for dogs or have the dog run open. We do decorate the home to celebrate all season changes. We provide most items needed for a short stay. If staying in the home longer than a couple days or have allergy/specific items needed please visit nearby shopping centers, we are less than a minute to shopping, bars, restaurants, grocery and freeway access. The space The house is perfect for couples and small friend-groups that can comfortably accommodate 1- 4 guests. The main bedroom features a king bed with a pillow top mattress, and full closet access and dresser. The main living space showcases an open floor plan with a full kitchenette, dining space for 4, and the sofa is a pull out queen size memory foam mattress. There is a separate desk. The coffee table has a lift top to create an efficient and comfortable workspace if needed. Outside, there is a private, large fenced in patio, that comfortably seats 4 for dining or games, and a lounge set for your convenience. We are located in the NW part of the Las Vegas valley, down the street from a local casino that has a bowling alley, movie theater and arcade. Driving distances of 5 min from a golf course, 15 minutes to Downtown Vegas, 20 minutes to the Las Vegas Strip, 30 minutes to the Las Vegas Speedway, 20 minutes to Red Rock Recreation Area and about 30 minutes away from the Mount Charleston Resort. We are about a mile from grocery stores, convenience stores, shopping and some awesome spots to grab a quick bite! Whether you are in Las Vegas for business, pleasure or visiting family, our place is the perfect location to access all Las Vegas has to offer. Stay off the well beaten strip of Vegas and experience a quiet place to lay your head. This is a quaint French Country styled home twenty minutes North of the Vegas strip, in Centennial Hills area. Easy access to the 95 freeway along with shops close by. There is a to die for park, the beautiful Floyd Lamb Park (5 min away) with its fishing and natural springs ponds and greenery. Horse riding is available as well. I am also very close to Kyle and Lee canyon for hiking or skiing! The space This place is great if you are looking for a home environment that is relaxing and not like a hotel. A plus is that there is a piano if you like to play or brush up on your talents! I do teach lessons at times, there is no need to be quiet when I am teaching! Guest access As a guest, you have access to: a private room, bathroom, living room, piano room, kitchen and back yard. Please make yourself at home! During your stay I also live in the home. Please no smoking inside or drugs on the premise. You may use the kitchen, living and dining area, and the outside patio. Just please tidy up when you are done. Other things to note I recommend a car since it's about a mile to a bus stop. I have a car spot for you as well.

It is a quiet and restful place away from the busy Vegas vibe when you need it! No doubt, you will enjoy this room. The space I live here when I’m in town! I have a private area, a room within the home. Guest access You will have access to relax in the living room, make yourself some dinner in the kitchen, and get some sun on the patio in a lounge chair. Parking is on site on the left side of the driveway. You may also come and go with the keyless entry pad at the front door. During your stay I’m available most always and want to help make your stay a great one! Other things to note Lees Canyon is 15 minutes away for snow adventure and skiing during the Winter months. ￼Mount Charleston is also the best for hiking, and camping. 5 minutes away is Tule Springs Park made from natural springs with wildlife and fish for fun adventures!
