The space This one bedroom condo offers a large King bed, a sectional that pulls out into a queen located in the living room, and short standing trundle great for your little ones. The sectional has an optional queen mattress topper to provide more comfort during your stay. Guest access There are 2 Smart ROKU tv's, one located in the bedroom and the other mounted above the fireplace with free WIFI. The jack n Jill bathroom provides for easy access to all guests along with a soap dispenser in the bath tub including body wash, conditioner, and shampoo. The large dining table has space for 6 along with a mini bar including stools for 2. Our guests will also have access to the washer, and dryer as well as filtered water in the fridge. A little Santa Fe Style Casita in the Catalina Foothills located near Ina/1st Ave in sunny Tucson. It is a perfect balance of privacy and close proximity to everything that Tucson has to offer. This was once the home to famous writer, Hugh Prather. Set in the foothills, we're only minutes to several famous state trailheads. A morning walk through our neighborhood usually lets you catch glimpses of bunnies, javalina, birds and the occasional bob-cat family. The space Independent minisplit Air Conditioning/heater in each room. Guests are welcome to use the Putting Green, Nature Walk and Giant pool (not heated in winter) located in the back yard. Guest access Guest are welcome to schedule use of the pool in the far side of property (This is a different part of the yard that is shared space, so we occasionally have friends or our kids using the pool). This shared space also includes a sand pit, swing/slide playset, fire pit and putting green. For guests booked over 10 days, we offer towel/bedding change-outs upon request Other things to note Quirky things about our property to know BEFORE you book: You must walk through the bathroom to get to the living/kitchenette room (sort of an odd set-up). There is only one off-street parking space and the driveway is very narrow. The hot water takes a few minutes to get to this side of the house. There is a mini fridge and mini stove (not full sized). There is a hide-a-bed in the couch, but it has a pretty thin matress (great for kids, but probably not a good fit if you have back problems). There is NO laundry machine on site, but there is a laundromat about 6 minute drive away. TV is Visio smart TV with no traditional cable channels. We have a Netflix account for you to use or you can log into any of your other personal streaming accounts if you desire a larger selection.

The casita in the Catalina foothills, recently renovated, my home is nested on the top of a hill with spectacular views of the valley, downtown and the Catalinas are breathtaking. I witness some of the best sunsets! The space The casita is located on the backside of my home, facing the mountains. It is composed of a living room with a sofa (full size air mattress), a bedroom with a California King bed, a large desk station, both living and bedroom have walk-in closets , a private bathroom with double sinks and a kitchenette with a small seated breakfast area. Wifi is provided. It is very comfortable and mostly suitable for two guests, but could accommodate up to 4. Guest access You will have access to any part of the yard, which include a covered porch with a kiva (When accessing the back patio, please make sure the small iron gate is closed at all time to keep avelinas out of the patio). If I m present in the main house, you may have access to the laundry room (give me a bit of notice so we can organize it) . The community pool is accessible to you, with a key (the community association is in charge of the maintenance and yearly closure if necessary, and it is out of my control). If you happened to lose the key, you will be charged $40.00 for a replacement key. Being a community pool the use, hours of operation, maintenance and guidelines fall under the homeowners association and is out of my control. Feel free to reach if you have any questions. In case the pool is closed during your stay, I can offer you an alternative with access to a private hot tub on the back patio of my home. Other things to note Parking is available on site. Park your car on the top of the driveway, behind the garage, clear from the garage doors. Please, do not burn candles in the casita or outside. In the kitchenette, when using the microwave or the toaster oven, make sure to do it individually so the fuse does not trip. The water heater is a tankless one, so it might take some time for the water to heat up. Any garbage and recycling you wish to to dispose of during your stay can be place directly into the large bins outside by the garage ( the blue lid is the recycling bin). When using the mini splits (cooling and heating), please consider closing sliders in the rooms. Each unit has its own remote, located on the wall. The TV is 50" 4K Ultra HD Smart Roku TV , you may access to your apps or using your streaming device that plugs into the TV's HDMI port and gives you access to a variety of streaming services, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ and HBO Max allowing you access to movies, sports, news, etc signing into your account . There is no Cable. I want to bring to your attention that my listing specifies no children under 12 due to following safety concerns: the Ravines around the property, the coyotes, bobcats and snakes as well as the fact that the house contains some delicate art pieces etc… To the best of your ability, please avoid slamming doors, even though the house has been renovated. I want to prolong its lifespan. Please do not use white or light towels to remove make-up. Also refrain to use bath towels to clean up spills . If you have an electric car I would ask that you refrain from using the home outdoor outlets for charging it. I m a dog and animals lover but I rather not have pet in the casita to not disturb the wildlife around the home. My house is a peaceful retreat. Naturist/nudist welcome .

We are located close to the beautiful Catalina Mountains, wonderful hiking trails, amazing restaurants and great shopping. The space The space is cozy and very peaceful. There is a living room which includes a pullout for additional sleeping space. There is additional seating in the living room as well. There is a mini kitchenette which includes: a sink, microwave, utensils, a mini refrigerator, and a coffee maker. The bedroom has a king size bed and provides plenty of space for guests to make themselves at home. The guest house has a full bath with great lighting. I include a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other basic essentials to make your stay convenient and well accommodated.
