Beachy Bungalow is a short walk to the white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf and Eastern Lake--a rare lake that flows into the Gulf. Eastern Lake is often referred to as nature's perfect swimming pool. Shopping and dining along 30A are close by. The space The Beachy Bungalow is located in a safe beach community, within a short walk to the beach and Gulf, shops and restaurants. Guests have their own parking spaces and the entire cottage to themselves. Guests enter via the cottage’s front porch and are given a code to open the door. On the first floor is the living area, which contains a sleeper sofa, swinging chair, large smart tv, kitchenette, mini-fridge, coffee maker, blender, microwave, convection over. We provide snacks, fruit, and other goodies, coffee, tea, water and various drinks, creamer, etc. The bathroom has a large shower, sink and mirror, high toilet, hair driver, shampoo, conditioner, bar soaps and liquid soaps, etc. Also on the first floor is a fenced in side porch where guests can lounge in private. On the porches are floats and beach chairs, lounge chairs and an umbrella. Guests are supplied with plenty of reading material like novels and information about the area. You can adjust the mini-split heating and cooling for comfort. Upstairs is the main bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and a double lounger where guest can watch tv, which has a fire stick. Also in the bedroom are a chest of drawers, end table, large rack for hanging clothes and plenty of hangers. Additional pillows, sheets, blankets and comforters, iron and ironing board. There’s a window unit which you can adjust according to your preferred temperature and also a ceiling fan. If guests require anything else, just ask. We provide several bikes to the guests, which are free to use. We also provide charcoal and lighter fluid for the grill. The grill is located beside the front porch. If guests prefer, they can eat at the table on the covered front porch. The table has four chairs. Guest access The whole house/cottage is available and private for guests.

The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs.
