It is equipped with a wall-mounted 50" 4K HDR Roku TV loaded with all of the major streaming services (typically bring your own password) and FDTV+, which serves as cable TV. It has a spacious closet as well as a dresser. There is a pocket door to the second bathroom. The master bathroom has a combo shower/tub and a separate vanity area, and it is adjacent to the master bedroom. The second bathroom has a shower only, and it has a door to the common area as well as a pocket door to the second bedroom. Beach towels are located under the sink in the second bathroom. The foyer as you enter the condo has a folding door to your right that contains the washer and dryer. It is a stacked combo unit. We will provide you with a few pods and some dryer sheets to get you started. There is also a shelving system in this area that has some extra batteries, a couple of light bulbs, some "rag" towels, and a beach wagon to haul your goods to the beach. Guest access You will have access to the whole condo with the exception of two locked owner's closets. You will have access to the entire pool deck, which includes two full sized swimming pools, a kiddie pool, and a hot tub. It also includes a covered gazebo area with picnic tables and a view of the beach. You will need your wristbands to access the pool deck, as they have RFID sensors in them that open the gates. You have access to the common area in the lobby on the first floor. There are three pool tables as well as a game room (small arcade) and a snack vending machine. There is also a public seating/gathering area with a TV in the lobby. Last but not least, you will have access to the world's most beautiful beach as well as the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. :) One set of beach chairs and umbrella are complimentary with your stay from the beach service behind the resort (March 1 to October 31, weather permitting).
