The tiled floor is easy to clean and you have another big sink in here as well. Due to the big windows located in here, you will also find that this room tends to be comfortably warm quite easily. The upper floor is accessible by taking the steps up from the back of the living room, granting access to the remaining sleeping spaces. To your right you will find the biggest of the bedrooms, with a modern king-sized bed and walk-in closet. This bedroom might offer one of the most spectacular views through a big double window, facing the St Francisco peaks. To the left, you will find the remaining bedrooms and a guest bathroom. The first bedroom comes with a beautiful bunkbed, featuring a queen-sized bed on the bottom and twin sized-bed at the top. A great sleeping accommodation for the younger members of your group. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed and a walk-in closet, offering enchanting views of trees and fields. While the interior of our property is an experience in and of itself, one of the biggest highlights is without a doubt the exterior. We also ask you to make sure that the gas has been shut off for our outdoor BBQ and firepit. The hot tub use is free of charge, so please feel free to soak and relax! However, we do ask of you to follow the instructions on hot tub use and care that we provide with check-in instructions. Please treat our hot tub with respect and try to leave it in good condition, so that the next guest may enjoy it, too. The space The cabin is close to Coconino National Forest where endless adventures await. There is a Forest Service hiking access 1/4 mile away. It sits at 7000 feet in elevation and you can watch storms roll in over the Peaks. Pet friendly, with a $35 pet cleaning fee. The cabin is at the base of the Peaks and is 11 minutes from downtown Flagstaff, a thriving mountain town. The summers are warm (average high is 78 degrees) and the nights are chilly (average low is 41 degrees). There is ample parking. The mountain views will take your breath away! There is no air conditioning, except a window unit in the kitchen, in warmer months but guests are quite comfortable because our nights are cool. This little haven is a favorite in Flagstaff. Guest access Guest have exclusive use of the cabin. There is a deck outside with patio table and 4 chairs, perfect for breakfast and a view of the Peaks. We have quick access to the forest for a quiet walk where you may see Elk, deer or eagles. Just 7 miles away is shopping, dinning, and nightlife. The Grand Canyon and Sedona are just a short distance away. Fresh air, beautiful views, and starry skies await you outside and comfy beds and unlimited hot water inside. The space The space is open with a 3/4 wall that separates the sleeping areas. It sleeps 2 people perfectly and 4 people comfortably, but snugly. There is a queen bed in the space closest to the bathroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the common area. We provide a 8 cup coffeemaker, with coffee, creamer and sugar, tea, hot chocolate, bottled water, a microwave oven/ toaster oven/Air fryer, plates, glasses, wine glasses, cutting board, a small fridge, a sink, large screen TV, larger fridge/ freezer, washer/dryer combo, WiFi access, fluffy towels, fresh sheets and some little extras you may have forgotten to bring; razor, shaving cream, toothbrush/paste, ibuprofen for those high altitude headaches, lotion, mouthwash. There is a large walk-in closet with extra blankets and pillows, and separate bathroom with a large walk-in shower. We have plenty of room for travelers towing horses. We are right off highway 89 and can accommodate up to six horses. Contact us in advance for boarding rates and availability. There are hiking, biking, and horseback riding trails just outside our front door. We have free-range chickens running around, including roosters, which can be a bit noisy at times, two friendly dogs named Kimber and Holly, and four horses on the property. The pet fee is for horses and includes water, feed-bermuda/alfalfa. Guest access As our guest, you will have full access to the guesthouse. We'll give you the key so you may come and go as you please. You may go anywhere in the backyard, and front yard, except the pens that our animals are in. We have a table and chairs on the front porch of the main house, with a chiminea, and a deck in the backyard that you are welcome to use for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. We also have a fire pit in the backyard. Fires in the fire pit may only be started by us, and only on non-windy nights. Let us know when, and if, you would like a fire in the fire pit and we'll get it started for you if the conditions are favorable. Plenty of trailer parking, and our guests that are boarding horses have access to the round pen and arena. Other things to note The guesthouse is on a tankless water heater. To activate hot water, you have to turn the knob all the way to the hot side and leave it there until you hear the water heater kick in and the water begins to get hot. Then adjust it to the desired temperature and enjoy unlimited hot water!

Enter the supplied access code on the dead bolt lock located on the the man door next to the overhead garage doors. Through the garage into the mud room. Up the stairs then to the left. Enter the supplied access code to the entry door of the guest suite, if locked. The door for the main part of the house is straight thru the mud room. Access into the main house is not allowed unless agreed upon. Other things to note Please be aware that there is a one mile long bumpy dirt road that you will have to drive on to get to the house. The neighborhood road is privately maintained. If you are visiting us in the wintertime when there is snow on the ground, I would highly recommend having a vehicle equipped with four wheel drive. There is no regular snow removal on the road or on our driveway. It will be the responsibility of the guests to traverse the snow covered roads.
