Sleeping space is an open STUDIO concept; queen bed and couch are available on the main level of the home. In addition we have a loft area over looking most of the home. In total the home is about 450sqft. We recommend groups to be close friends/family as there are no closed bedroom areas. Leaving the boat a mess (trash, food, spilled drinks) results in extra cleaning and a charge of $75. Destruction of the boat will result in a charge of ($200-10,000). Refueling the boat is a charge of $50 per 1/4 tank if not done yourself and left with less fuel than given. There is no smoking inside home! If found smoking in home extra charges will be applied. ($450) You may smoke outside, but please use an ashtray and do not throw cigarettes in yard or in water! If snacks or beverages are left unopened we will not throw them away, instead we will leave them for future guests to enjoy. Although we will check expiration dates during cleaning it is up to you to examine anything and make sure it is fit for consumption as we do not hold responsibility for anything food related. We are a waterfront home that attracts bugs. Please note at any given time while outside, and even sometimes while inside, you may see a bug or two. We will not refund a stay because of a small bug.
