I live in the building so if you are trying to have a party I will have it shut down and you will be asked to leave within an hour. A guest is anyone at the property, staying the night, or just visiting. Minors need to have a responsible adult present. Unredacted ID will need to be provided for primary booker prior to your arrival for advance reservations and for everyone spending any time at the property for reservations made less than 30 days in advance. There is a counter installed. I utilize a private security firm. If the counter shows more than the registered number of people or if I get a noise complaint from neighbors, security will be immediately dispatched. **GRILL** Currently there is a gas grill at the property. I do not provide any supplies including gas. Frequently previous guests leave plenty for the next set to you and there is a gas refill station less than five minutes away.
