The main floor boasts two king rooms and a full bathroom between them, as well as the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Each king room has a folding 4” twin size mattress stored in the closet (great for kids that want to stay in your room!). The closets in these rooms are also fairly large and can easily fit a pack n play (one is provided/with sheets). There is also a toddler size mattress in one of the closets. The basement hosts the third king bedroom, two twin XL beds in the fourth room and four twins in the rec room (one in a trundle), as well as a full bathroom. The downstairs also has a full second living area and table (with extra leaf to seat 6) and a variety of books, games, puzzles, and a bunch of kids toys. The laundry room is downstairs as well. There is a small desk in the king bedroom downstairs and a full desk in the living room area downstairs. The home has been beautifully furnished with the perfect touches to make you feel at home. Our well-stocked kitchen invites you to cook or enjoy your favorite take-out. Stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, plenty of storage, and spots to get away. Read a book, play a game, put together a puzzle or sit back and relax with the 55” Smart TVs In living rooms, or 40” Smart TVs in King bedrooms. Tons of supplies: dishes, towels, blankets, games, even dog bowls, treats, toys, and a dog bed. We try to provide the things that we want when we stay somewhere. We try to make sure that running out of supplies is never an issues for you. The fully fenced backyard is an oasis with a variety of seasonal blooms. An outdoor table that seats six and one that seats four, three Adirondack chairs, a patio sectional and other outdoor chairs offer more than enough seating for everyone. A large dual gas/charcoal BBQ is ready to grill up all you want. Don’t forget to check out the play shed as well. 4 bedroom 2 bath cozy home

Great home in Yakima's Barge-Chestnut Neighborhood. Perfect for large groups, business travelers, wedding groups, wine tasting trips, all while overlooking Franklin Park. We have a brand-new remodeled kitchen and access to a pool shared with our home. With four bedrooms, and two bathrooms and is fully furnished, you will have a great time. Go for a nice walk or take the kids down to the park. Five minutes from C. Yakima. The space We just finished our remodel on the home in May of 2017. The kitchen is fully furnished and new. There are three average sized rooms each upstairs with one queen-sized bed. Downstairs is a bunk bed in the fourth room with a common area with a futon that coverts to a bed. There is also a laundry washer and dryer. The house has a very large pool (42' X 20') with diving board and deep end that goes to 8' deep. Pool season is April 1st to October 15th. Dogs are more than welcome in the house but we have three requirements: Please take them across the street to do their business and pick up after them. Second, please keep them off all furniture. Third, please don't let them run around off-leash in the back patio area as we have had problems with dogs getting into our landscaped area and we work really hard to keep it nice. We also have brand new pool lounge chairs, a table, an outdoor fireplace, and a large shade to keep yourself cool. Guest access You will access to the whole house and garage (great for bikers). Other things to note We have built a pathway from our house to the house and there is a privacy fence for both the renters as well as our swimmers. The house has its own separate back patio then there is a common area at the pool which also has a fiver-burner propane barbecue if you want to cook outside as well as inside. You will sometimes see my kids playing in the pool but only during daylight hours on days we do not have school. There is a white vinyl fence so we don't look inside the home giving you privacy when we are using the pool and vice-versa. We do have a few personal belonging store at the house in the garage and storage room. We do not access them frequently but will occasionally need to access the house (more common on days we coach track and cross-country because our implements are in our storage area).

The space There are two entrances to the house depending on where you park. There is a gate that needs to be manually opened that leads to the backyard; the parking area in the backyard can fit multiple cars. There is a door in the backyard on the house that leads to the kitchen inside. If you park outside the gate or on the street, the front door has 2 steps leading up to it and opens into the living room. On the main floor the living room that has an extra dining table that can double as a work space, a sectional, and a flatscreen TV. The first bedroom is directly to the left of the front door and has one queen bed and across the hall is the second bedroom with two twin beds. There is also a full bathroom with complete amenities. The kitchen located on the main floor is completely equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee machine and dark roast K Cups. In the hallway on the main floor, you can find a staircase that leads upstairs into a hallway and two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with two twins. There is also another full bathroom with complete amenities. In the kitchen, you can find the last staircase that leads to the basement and opens into a large room with a door to the washer and dryer, a large sectional, a large flatscreen SmartTV, and a ping pong table set with multiple paddles and ping pong balls. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and the fenced backyard. There is a small Mother-In-Law apartment in the back. That house is privately rented and has a separate yard. Besides entering the backyard area, there will be no other interactions with the long-term tenant. Other things to note Landscaping service is on Friday during the warm months. They arrive in the morning and quickly get the job done. From time-to-time, other work needs to be done, sprinkler check, fertilizing the lawn, etc. There is parking in the back for multiple vehicles. You drive through the gate and park in front of the garage (the garage is not included with the home rental). Please leave the spot on the right -if facing the garage for the tenant in the Guest House. Be sure the spot is always accessible to that guest.
