Other things to note Queen Sleeper Sofa: Extra bedding for the queen sleeper sofa will be available by request only. Failure to do so within 24 hours before the start of your booking can lead to delays in getting your sleeper sofa setup for your first night. Quartz Countertops: Please do not put anything hot (especially straight from oven or stovetop) on the quartz counters. This can permanently stain and damage the counters. There is a silicone mat provided in the drawer right of the stove to use to protect the countertops when placing something hot on them. Also chemicals like nail polish remover can stain/damage the countertops. If damaged, you will be charged replacement costs for the counters at cost or up to $10,000. Child Gear: Full size crib, pack n play and high chair are always available for you for your stay. Long term stays: Stays greater than 14 days require a professional cleaning every 14 days. Ex. A stay of 30 days would require one stay, 14 days in. A stay of 60 days would require cleanings at days 14, 30, and 45. The day and time slot for the cleaning, to be agreed upon in advance at a time mutually agreed upon by the host and cleaner availability; and the guest. Each cleaning visit to be billed BEFORE your stay begins at $150 each. This is in addition to the listed one-time cleaning fee at checkout, included with your quoted stay price. Based on your long term stay duration, we will confirm how many cleanings will need to happen, and send an in-app request for that payment amount. House parties will be subject to fees for any damages from professional cleaners, contractors, and replacement costs for ruined furniture, finishings, appliances, floors, carpets, drywall, electrical, or plumbing; at cost or up to $10,000. Violations will lead to the booking being immediately terminated, with no refund. Refusing to leave the premises when the policy is violated, will result in the authorities being called to forcibly remove all trespassers. House parties also subject to a $1,000 fine. Walk to downtown (15 minutes) or the city center (19 minutes). Hi-wire brewery is a 7 minute walk. Traveling with multiple groups? The home is split into two separate living spaces with their own kitchens.
