The first set is 3 steps and the second set is 4 steps. 2. The bedrooms are all located on the second floor of the home. There is a flight of stairs with 15 steps that is relatively steep to reach the second floor. 3. The bathroom is located on the main floor. OCCUPANCY // The home offers 1,077 sq ft of space and is set up to comfortably accommodate 6 guests. Note that one of the bedrooms accommodates 4 people by using 2 trundle beds on the floor - please be sure this will meet your needs before booking. You may park in any open spot on the West side of the street (same side the home is on). Charming 2 bedroom home near Irvington, community east hospital, walking distance to Ellenberger Park and 15 minute drive downtown. Kitchen will be stocked with all the essentials and more. Bedrooms: One queen size bed, one trundle bed with two twins and workstation. Basement/Laundry: I'll be locking the basement to store my personal items, unfortunately that means guests wont have access to laundry. If you need laundry contact me for arrangements. The space Lovely two bedroom one bathroom house with a dining room and open kitchen. One bedroom has a queen sized bed and TV, the other had a trundle bed with two twin beds and a work station with a computer and standing desk. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire first floor of the house, front, and back yard. The basement will be locked for storage. If laundry is needed let me know and I can make arrangements to let you in the basement. Other things to note I have an ooni pizza oven, sous vide (anova precision cooker), and a solo stove fire pit. Charming Cottage Near Downtown

This two-bedroom one bath, upstairs apartment on top of an upcoming Yoga Studio is located in Fountain Square, Indianapolis. Hop on a scooter or Uber, and in just minutes, you are at Lucas Oil Stadium, The Convention Center, and Downtown Indianapolis. Indianapolis Motor Speedway is about a 15 min Uber. Plenty of great Fountain Square Bars and Restaurants are anywhere from a 2-10 minute walk. The space While there are two bedrooms please note they are not separated from each other by a physical door. The apartment is a shotgun style apartment. Meaning you must pass through the main bedroom in order to access the beds in the back. They are partitioned by a beaded curtain and the beds are around the wall offering privacy. Guest access Enjoy the whole upstairs apartment! Other things to note Please note: There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING in the building; there will be an additional cleaning fee charged if the rule is broken. Sundries, detergent, and toiletries are for short-term stays, please, and thank you :) we do burn incense in the building so if you are sensitive to smells please keep that in mind.
