You'll enjoy a spacious master suite bedroom, 2nd BR & BA off hallway, 3rd media room w/ bunk beds (can accommodate additional 2 people for 50$/night/person), kitchen, living & dining area, deck. Please see driveway pics if too steep and check all listing details. The space Notice: if you are up to 4 guest party please use only 2 bedrooms and not the one with bunk beds or you will be charged for 6 guests. You'll be enjoying a 3br/2ba house with a Master Suite, a second bedroom and an additional "everything" room for working, extra sleeping space, gaming or just chilling. You’ll have back yard and deck to use. The house is recently remodeled, hardwood floors throughout, tiled bathrooms, spacious master and a garden tub, a shower cabin, two vanities. Second bedroom is smaller but adequate, has a queen size bed, a closet, and a bathroom outside of the bedroom. 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed which pulls out like a futon and a bed above. Also desk for working or playing games and some kids toys. On the second floor of the house is owner’s quarters, a fully independent apartment with own entry, deck, AC, kitchen and all, that occasionally may be rented or house the owner. A locked door is between the two parts of the house and there is no effect other than you may “know” that someone is up. Guest access Guests will be able to access the whole downstairs portion of the house except one closet and garage door will be locked. Guests will use master bedroom, master bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, hallways, second bedroom, second bathroom and an extra multi-purpose room in the house but not beds in that house if it’s a 4-people group. If 5-6 people party then the 3rd bedroom beds are to be used. Otherwise you will be charged extra cleaning and extra guest fees. Deck and backyard. Driveway to park. Driveway is a bit steep, please make sure it suits you and your group. Other things to note The second floor houses a separate, fully independently functional apartment with own entry, AC, alarm and deck that occasionally may be occupied by the owner of the house, a family member or a temporary tenant.
