The space This house has the capacity to accommodate 9 people and is fully equipped with all necessary bed and bath linen as well as kitchenware. All rooms have smart TV. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, bedroom 2 is a master suite also with a king bed. Bedroom 3 with a trundle and also the lounge area has a pull out sofa bed able to accommodate 2. Huge driveway with enough space for 4 cars. Complete game room in garage with neon lights which includes, TV, PS4, game chair, dart game, pool and ping pong table, foosball table, and bar sitting area. Outdoor game area with corn hole. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything from silverware, to pans, cooking dishes, utensils, toaster and etc. For the little ones - We offer complimentary crib and high sitting chair with no additional cost. Whether you are coming for a work trip or vacation and need to be located near the airport, Fort Lauderdale International airport is only 30 minutes away. Cleaning Fee is for the home cleaning performed after your departure, not during. During stay cleanings are available for an extra fee. Welcome book provided in entry, provides Wi-Fi details and all other specifics regarding weekly services, such as pool cleanings, or landscaping. Although we try to be as flexible as possible, we do need the following to be followed in order for you to have a safe and enjoyable stay. 1. Responsible party must be over 25. 2. Please no loud music/noise after 10 pm. It is a residential neighborhood. 3. No drinking glasses at the pool/spa. Plastic glasses are available. 4. No diving in the pool. The deepest end it 5' 7" 5. BBQ Grill- Please clean the grill after each use. We provide propane tank, but do not refill it. BBQ Propane refills are to be handled by guests. If BBQ is not cleaned up after stay, there will be a 50$ charge. DO NOT PUT CHARCOAL INSIDE GRILL. 6. Smoking is permitted ONLY outdoors. If we detect that there was smoking inside the house, there will be a $500 penalty. 7. Pets - They are family too and are welcome. We offer complimentary bowl for water and food. We just ask that you clean up after your pet, indoor and outdoor. If you do not clear up after pet, we will charge a $100 penalty. An additional pet deposit of $150 would be required at check-in. This deposit will be returned in full if no damage is caused by your pet at the end of your stay. 8. No parties allowed. Penalty of 300$ will be imposed for unauthorized guests and parties. If you would like pool heater turned on prior to your arrival, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. The security deposit will be refunded 3-5 business days after check out.o

Lawn Maintenance The lawn crew is scheduled to briefly be on site once every two weeks. Amazon House supplies may occasionally be delivered during your stay via Amazon. If a package arrives, simply bring it inside and leave by the door, the cleaners will handle after your departure. If the house was low on supplies upon arrival, it's likely that refills are inside the box. You are welcome to open and use what is needed.
