SO, 1 bedroom can set temp. to 68, and another can set 72. We have USB plugs in every bedroom and in the kitchen; nightlights in every hallway, bathroom, and in the kitchen; motion lights outside; high-quality linens with extra pillows and blankets in the closets, along with a laundry basket and hangers; a well-stocked kitchen, extra propane tanks for the gas grill and outdoor gas fire-pit; a stocked wood for fire-pit; extra tooth –brushes in case you forget yours; high-quality toilet paper, paper towels, Tide-pods, dishwasher detergent, new sponge, and liquid soap at every sink, so you don’t have to buy/bring any of that; Alexa in the kitchen and other rooms to play music, or ask her a question; we have fun games inside the house and outside games too. We provide 1-2 day of coffee, creamer, and sugar, so you can enjoy waking up the first morning if you haven’t gone shopping yet. The pool has tons of noodles and blow-up stuff as well. We clean the pool every Friday and every Monday morning. The house is a extremely well maintained house. We are passionate and good at what we do. The layout of this house is great for multiple families; we have plenty of well laid-out space, with lots of good sized rooms for people to spend time in, so you won't feel like you are on top of one another. The sunroom is a great spot in the morning to relax, decompress, and have a cup of coffee. #CarpeDiem The house is on 16 private acres with a new pool and deck. I don't have neighbors on top of me, so you won't be bothered by other neighbors, and you can enjoy your privacy and have fun. We have tons of outdoor seating around the gas-fire-pit, and the huge wood fire-pit (we provide unlimited wood), as well as seating outside around 2 tables for eating. We have a number of fun outdoor games like Ping-Pong, Bag-O (Corn Hole,) Can-Jam, Ladder-Ball, and many more. Plus, you can shoot a game of "horse" in the large driveway with the basketball hoop. If relaxing is what you need, then the pool and zero-gravity chairs might be just for you. The pool has a high-quality, solar cover to keep the pool water an enjoyable temperature that we put on a roller-system, so it's easy to put on/off in 1-2 minutes, and out of the way. The house has central air conditioning. The families that have rented from me have enjoyed the house, and All rated their stay here as 5 Stars (Please, read our reviews.) I will tell you places to go, things to do, and places to eat that most people don't experience. We have worked on well over 100 of rentals in the area, and I know mine is one of the best. Also, the way the house is laid-out and flows is great for a fun, weekly rental, that can handle many people/multiple families, and you don't feel like you are on top of one another the entire time. The house has many sizable rooms, with a big eat-in kitchen/fun large family room, and peaceful sun-porch, and a relaxing living room...all with TV's. All of the rooms have a good amount of windows looking out to the beautiful property. There are plenty of parking spaces, and easy to get access to the house. We are a 6 Min. drive to Cooperstown; Otsego Lake, Glimmerglass Opera House, LeatherStocking Golf Course, The Farmer's Museum, are all close. The house is an easy 11 minute drive from the Dream's Park. It's a very convenient, straight drive to both points of interest. Trust me, you don't want to rent on Rt 28, it's so close to the Dreams Park noise, traffic, the nightly bright lights, nor being on the 55mph highly trafficed road to the Dreams Park that runs from Cooperstown to Oneonta (Rt 28). Each bedroom has a closets, dressers, nightstands and lamps with built in USB ports to charge your phones in every bedroom, 6.5 New Full Baths, and sleeps 22 people in beds. It has plenty of room on the inside of the house, as well as the beautiful lawn to BBQ on the gas grill, relax, play horse shoes, badminton, Bag-O, sit around on the Adirondack chairs, hikes in the trials, run, walk, bike on the quite roads, or take a morning stroll. There is a Ranch 3 minutes away where you can go horseback riding. Some other great things nearby are; Fly Creek Cider Mill is 2 minutes down the road, a must go see/experience, where you can eat at their outdoor restaurant for lunch and/or dinner, listen to live music, feed the ducks, cheeses in their one-of-a-kind, old-fashioned Country Store and a Water-Powered Cider Mill, do a tasting of their cider at their cider-tasting station (21+ only), or go for a sandwich and ice-cream cone at their restaurant. Don't miss out on their Apple Pie. About 3 minutes away is a winery that has daily tasting as well. And, there is the Fly Creek General Store/Deli 3 minutes down the road for morning coffee, donuts, egg sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, and other good stuff one might need at the last minute. There are a couple good places to eat within 3-5 minutes of my house, and one with an arcade, pool table, air-hockey, and much more. Cooperstown area is a very special place to visit with lots to do. On the main level, there is a large eat-in kitchen, two other good sized bedrooms, each with queen beds on this floor, there is an awesome, large sun-room with windows on all three sides, a large family room, washer/dryer areas, and a living-room...all common rooms have a flat-screen TV. We have an Amazon Alexa in the kitchen for music and in the family-room, and sun-room. There is an outside deck with a large gas grill for easy access to the kitchen, and a places outside to sit, relax, and enjoy your time sitting around, sharing good conversations, under the bright stars. -- Here are some other things you might want to know; kitchen appliances are all new in 2019. I have a Washer/Dryer, A/C, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker and Keureg, Internet/wifi, Cable TV with Flat screen TVs, all high-end Linens bought in 2020, and motion lights, so when you come home at night, you know where you are going, along with flush-mounted, automatic night-lights in the hallways, bathrooms, and kitchen. Cross the road to the awesome Northway Brewery or stroll for a few minutes to Brewery Ommegang. All other Cooperstown destinations just a short drive! Clean and inviting 1850's renovated farmhouse with well appointed kitchen, large living and dining rooms, 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Cable TV in every bedroom and a large screen with cable in the living room, high speed internet and wifi throughout the house, gas fireplace in the living room, built in outdoor fireplace and a big front porch. The space There is one bedroom on the first floor, off the kitchen, that sleeps four in a queen bed and twin trundle beds (two twins). This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms. Three of these bedrooms accommodate two people with queen beds, and they have ensuite bathrooms. The other two upstairs bedrooms adjoin and share an ensuite bathroom. One has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. There is a lovely, generous front porch with ample seating and views of Northway Brewery, the valley and gorgeous sunsets. The half bathroom and laundry room are conveniently located on the first floor, off the sitting room. The backyard, with built in fireplace, stone patio, tables and chairs, bbq grill and games is a great place for relaxing, fun and dining. With no neighbors to the sides, the backyard space is very private. Parking is never an issue, with a circular driveway and ample parking for several vehicles. Guest access Guests have access to the number of bedrooms they require for the size of their group, along with all of the other rooms in the house and outdoor spaces. Other things to note You may take a 5 minute stroll down the road to Ommegang Brewery for great beer, live music, Bingo Brunch, their restaurant, brewery tours, concerts, "Fire Pit Fridays" in the summer and frisbee golf. Please check the brewery website for hours, schedules and events. Northway Brewery is just steps away. Northway has Live music several times a week and a great food truck food. Both breweries have outdoor games and lots of space for kids to run around. They are both very kid/family friendly. If you are coming for Dreams Park Baseball, you will only be a 7 minute drive away! The National Baseball Hall of Fame and the village of Cooperstown are just 8 minutes away by car. Please note that there is a "base rate/price" for up to 6 guests. The space Eastwind Lodge is a classic Otsego Lake camp built in 1930. Five distinctively decorated bedrooms welcome the traveler. Visitors will enjoy air conditioning , Roku T.V, and Wi-Fi. There are two full baths, one on each floor. The large front porch provides a sweeping view of famous Otsego Lake. A side patio is equipped with both gas and charcoal grill. The back lawn has a fire ring so you can make s'mores at night. A private dock, boat slip, and waterfront area allow guest to boat, kayak, swim, and fish.

A charming older style 4 bedroom/2 bath house with large open dining room /living room space. Several TVs w/ Rokus, laundry room, & highspeed internet. Outside has a nice deck, BBQ and 5 acres of land. It's five minutes to Dreams Park and five minutes to the village of Cooperstown. Sheets, towels, soap , pots/pans, and other basic amenities are included. There is no garage access but plenty of parking available in the driveway and side lawn. Space for the whole  family at this peaceful place.

The Farmhouse is a four bedroom, two bath, modernized home that sits on 21 acres. It has 3 barns and hiking trails with large fields. The home is located in the historic hamlet of Fly Creek, New York, just 3 miles from Cooperstown, and fourteen miles from the Cooperstown Dreams Park. Pailshop Vineyards and The Historic Fly Creek Cider Mill are within walking distance. The Fly Creek Country Store boasts their own luncheon menu as well as household items , local produce and gas pumps. The space Downstairs has living room, parlor, (which has a pull out couch with a full size bed) dining room, kitchen, laundry, bedroom with queen and bathroom with a walk in shower. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home including the outside deck, front porch and back yard. Other things to note The Town of Milford does not allow team parties. The town also does not allow parking on the street or to block other cars in the driveway even if all of the cars belong to the same group. Built in 1884 for Dr. Robert McKim and designed by the New York City architecture firm Babb, Cook & Willard, this is one of the finest surviving examples of American Shingle Style architecture in the region. Architectural historian Richard G. Wilson called it one of the best examples of the Shingle Style country house he had seen -- a house, in his words, that should be treasured.
