Relax in a comfortable basement apartment steps away from the bike trail and Dordt University. Park in a dedicated spot next to separate entrance. Relax on the deck or enjoy coffee in the gazebo. A kitchenette with sink, small fridge/freezer, toaster/convection oven with 2 burners, and microwave is located in a flexible/bedroom space. This quiet home is only 2 blocks away from Siouxnami and the All Season Center. The space This space includes a traditional bedroom with a large desk, a newly remodeled bathroom with shower, a spacious den, and a flexible/sleeping space that includes the kitchenette. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the back yard, which includes a patio with table and chairs, deck with gazebo and propane heater, fire pit, and a grill. We live in a quiet neighborhood. We have 2 grocery stores and a Walmart if you happen to forget anything. The space This is a basement apartment in a local family home. It has a private bedroom with king size bed, the other bedroom has a queen size bed. Full bathroom, kitchenette(for light cooking) and common space to hang out. Internet available, along with Netfilx and Youtube TV. There is a table, oven, mini fridge, air fryer, Keurig, small coffee pot, toaster and microwave for your use in the basement. Also a few cooking supplies are provided. There is no kitchen sink but a dish pan to do dishes in if needed. There is space to park on our driveway(2 vehicles max). There is plenty of yard space where once sat the first house in Sioux Center. Welcome to the completely remodeled home adjacent to Dordt University. Settled on the far corner of a very quiet loop street, the house is in a most ideal location, providing both privacy and proximity to Dordt and downtown businesses. Cooking in the large, beautiful kitchen is a delight. Dine at the six person kitchen island, or, at the dining table in the four seasons room. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable living room, as well as a spacious laundry room make for a lovely stay. The space This home was completely remodeled in 2019. The space was designed with family living in mind. The main areas are all entirely open to one another and provide plenty of space and seating for everyone. The four seasons room is a lovely retreat year around. Other things to note If needed, an airmattress can be provided to accommodate more guests. Traveling with children? We have a high chair available and can provide a pack n play upon request. Finally, the TV does not have service, we do provide an HDMI cord so you can stream anything from your laptop.

There is a baby gate stored in the entry closet that can be installed on the stairs if you choose to use it. There is a grill and simple patio furniture outside for your use, though it may be in the garage during the winter. The house is equipped with WiFi. Though we do not have cable TV, every streaming app is available on both ROKU TV's. When you turn on the TV, enter your departure date and simply sign into your accounts to watch your favorite shows. You will automatically be signed out of all accounts upon the date you entered.

The new counters and sink in this galley kitchen gives one the sense of modern comforts in a historic setting! Upstairs are the sleeping quarters with four bedrooms and a full bath. Centrally located, we are a quick 10-15 minute drive from area towns, including Sioux Center, Orange City, Hull and Sheldon. You can enjoy seeing the sun rise and set each day, and rest without the sounds of the city. Flowers surround the property spring, summer and fall, and beautiful white blankets of snow in the winter months. The space Guests will have access to 3 bedrooms. The Guest suite consists of a bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bathroom, a small kitchenette, and a living area to relax and unwind. The two additional bedrooms are available for 3 or more guests. There is also a shared sitting area available. All rooms are located on the 2nd level, so guests must be able to do stairs. We have a shared patio area with a grill for guest use. Guests are also welcome to use a full kitchen upon request. Laundry room is available for a small additional fee.
