This home has a king bed located in the master bedroom along with an ensuite bathroom, a twin-over-twin bunk bed and twin-over-queen bunkbed in the first guest bedroom, and a queen bed in the second guest bedroom along with an additional full bathroom off the kitchen. This home does not allow parties or events of any kind, or guests under the age of 25 who are not accompanied by an adult chaperone. Absolutely no smoking is permitted on the property. PLEASE NOTE: Golf carts, bikes, skateboards and roller blades are not allowed through the beach access. Strollers are permitted through the beach access as long as they are used to transport children and not beach gear. Beach tents are not permitted on any private beach access along 30A. Should you desire to rent beach chair service (chairs and umbrellas) the company that provides these amenities is La Dolce Vida. To rent this gear please see the attendant at the base of the stairs for the beach access. During busy summer months, its best to rent your chairs and umbrellas in advance from the web site. Amenity Wristbands: In the condo in the kitchen area, you will find "The Village" wristbands for your use. Each guest 13 years of age and older will need to wear a wristband to be able to access the following areas: the private beach access through Sunset Beach, The Village tram and the new resort pool at The Village across from Building G. Prior to departure please return all wristbands to their proper place (guests will be charged a fee of $25 for each missing wristband). Closest Public Beach Access: Should you choose to go to the public beach access where lifeguards are on duty in the high season from 9am - 5pm CST, head to the beach access point at Inlet Beach. Turn right at the light at the intersection of 30A and Highway 98. In approximately 0.4 miles turn right onto Orange Street (you will see the sign for "public beach access"). At the stop sign the road will T, turn right or left to park. This beach access is fully equipped with restrooms and outdoor shower area; this beach is also monitored by lifeguards in the high season. Wheeled coolers, wagons and beach tents are permitted at the public beach access. Bike racks are located near the public beach access, as well. The Village resort area with two pools, hot tub, fountain and grilling/dining sections located by Building H is for the exclusive use of guests and owners residing at The Village. Wristbands must be worn by guests age 13 and over to gain access to this area. As there are no lifeguards at the pool, children must be monitored by an adult. Tram Info: Free beach tram is available to all guest(s) of The Village from March 1st– October 31st from 9am CST through 6pm CST. Fourth-floor 3BR, 2BA condo in The Village of South Walton, set between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach on 30A. Well-equipped kitchen for cooking and baking, comfortable living area, and a balcony for unwinding after the beach. Family-friendly location with easy access to the community pool and hot tub and a short walk to nearby restaurants, shops, and bike rentals. Other things to note Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.  About the Community/Property:  The Village resort area with two pools, hot tub, fountain and grilling/dining sections located by Building H is for the exclusive use of guests and owners residing at The Village. Wristbands must be worn by guests over the age of 9 to gain access to this area.   The Villages of South Walton offers guests conveniently located community pools (one seasonally heated). The pool area opens at 9am and closes at 10pm; the occupancy for the hot tub is 11. As there are no lifeguards at the pool, children must be monitored by an adult. Children under the age of 5 must wear swim diapers when at the pool. This private access point is monitored; guests older than the age of 9 will be required to wear a wristband to gain entry.  Walking Directions (5 to 10-minute walk): From Peddler's Pavilion (shopping area in front of The Village) turn right onto 30A. You'll pass High Pointe Resort House on your left. The beach access is shortly thereafter on the left (north) side of 30A (directly across from the Seacrest Beach entrance). You will see the prominent lifeguard chair, which is the entrance to Seacrest. At that chair, take a left and locate the guard house. Show your wristbands to the guard and you will be permitted to walk straight to the beach. If there is no guard upon your arrival, walk down the middle path, in between the gates, to gain access to the beach.  Wheeled coolers, wagons, golf carts, bikes, skateboards and roller blades are NOT allowed through this beach access. Some large items may be permitted; however, per noise restrictions, they must be hand-carried down the pedestrian pathway leading to the shore through Sunset Beach. Strollers are permitted through the beach access as long as they are used to transport children and not beach gear. Beach tents are not permitted on any private beach access along 30A.   About the Vacation Rental Unit:  Whether you are looking for a place for your family or an adults-only getaway, everything you need is in Crow’s Nest 412. The condo is a generous 1326 square feet. This mesmerizing unit includes three bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, balcony, and large living and dining area with all the conveniences of home and the comforts of a cottage. The large windows and French doors fill the room with light and the view of the gulf is spectacular at sunrise or sunset. The balcony is perfect for an evening dinner or just to sit and enjoy a breakfast. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. There is a dining table for six as well and four stools at the bar.  This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental features: The luxury master suite includes a spacious bedroom with beautiful views of the ocean, a private entry to the balcony, a king size bed, TV/DVD, and ample closet space. The Villages of South Walton are sure to please!  Parking:   In regards to parking at the Village of South Walton, there are no parking passes needed at this property. Guests may park anywhere in the parking lot that is nearby the building where your vacation rental is located. While there are over 200 public parking spaces, they are first-come, first-served.  The best way to reach the vacation rental from Destin and Panama City Beach is Via Hwy 98. From Hwy 98, take County Road 30A (RIGHT, if you're coming from Destin; LEFT, if you're coming from Panama City Beach). Travel on County Road 30A for just over a ½-mile. Look for shops on the right (Seacrest Sundries, Premier Property Group). Then turn right onto The Village Lane. This area is called "Peddler's Pavilion." Follow this road around till you see these shops: The Lens Bar, Pizza By The Sea, The Sweet Peddler. Turn right (when doing so, you should see La Cocina Mexican Grill and Bar on your left).  At the stop sign, Building D is on your right and Building C is on your left, turn left. Building B is the 2nd building on the left, just past the pools. Sleeps 9 total: 2 in the 2nd-floor master (king bed), 4 in the 1st floor bedroom (2 Queens), and 3 in the 3rd story "Crow's Nest” (1 bunk bed & a twin). The Crow’s Nest is most suitable for small kids…and has a gulf view (No teens on top bunk). No crossing the Hwy traffic to access beach! Gulf side pool! The space 1st Floor: Bathroom and Bedroom (2 Queens) 2nd Floor: Kitchen, Living Room, Master Bed (King Bed), Bath 3rd Floor: Crow's Nest (2 Twin Beds). Most suitable for Kids. Guest access Garage parking for 2 cars. Please be aware that the garages are very narrow, requiring some vehicles to pull their mirrors in. (The Large Infiniti SUVs do not fit in these garages). The Tram service picks up at the pool area and transports you directly to Sunset Beach seasonally between March 1- Oct 31, 9am-6pm CST. There are no lifeguards on duty. We recommend during the summer months making reservations for beach chairs well in advance through La Dolce Vida. You can make reservations directly through their website or at the beach. The Tram & the Sunset beach access require the wristbands. There are local public beach areas that are very close by, should you desire to visit. The closest is in Inlet Beach right next door (which we love). You can choose to walk, bike or drive. To note, one of the walkovers has a lifeguard during the summer from 9am-5pm CST. Also, another walkover offers showers & restrooms. Wheeled coolers, wagons, & beach canopies are permitted. This is a very walk-able area! Rosemary beach is on one side with its European vibe and offering of fabulous restaurants, rooftop ambiance, art galleries, boutiques, farmers market on Sundays, and several local events throughout the year. The other direction, being just a short stroll away, is picturesque Alys Beach that also offers restaurants & shopping. If you’re seeking quality time with nature, you have picked the right spot to visit. 30A is blessed by nature and will have you in awe of the incredible bounty of nature here. Grab a bike or your favorite shoes and head out on the paths. Adventure seekers have plenty of options to choose from. Please do not make exceptions, as accidents introducing fecal matter into the pool require a special disinfection process, which will result in the pool shutting down for up to 24 hours.  Amenity Wristbands: In the condo’s kitchen(ette), you will find "The Village" wristbands for your use. The following areas require wristbands be worn by all guests (10 years of age and older): the private beach access through Sunset Beach, The Village tram, and the new resort pool at The Village across from Building G. Prior to departure please return all wristbands to their proper place (guests will be charged a fee of $30 for each missing wristband).  Beach Tram Info: A complimentary beach tram is available to all guests of The Village of South Walton from March 1st– October 31st from 9am to 5:30pm CST (with no Tram service from noon-1; in addition, the Tram does not run in inclement weather). Guests must call to schedule Tram pickup, otherwise no tram service will be provided. Tram departs from The Village pool area near Building H. All guests 10 years of age and older must wear wristbands to access the Tram. No wagons, no glass, no canopies, or pets allowed on the Tram.  Beach Access Info: Private beach access for guests residing at The Village is through the Sunset Beach community. This private access point is monitored; guests older than the age of 9 will be required to wear a wristband to gain entry.  Walking Directions (5 to 10-minute walk): From Peddler's Pavilion (shopping area in front of The Village) turn right onto 30A. You'll pass High Pointe Resort House on your left. The beach access is shortly thereafter on the left (north) side of 30A (directly across from the Seacrest Beach entrance).  You will see the prominent lifeguard chair, which is the entrance to Seacrest. At that chair, take a left and locate the guard house. Show your wristbands to the guard and you will be permitted to walk straight to the beach. If there is no guard upon your arrival, walk down the middle path, in between the gates, to gain access to the beach.  PLEASE NOTE: Wheeled coolers, wagons, golf carts, bikes, skateboards and roller blades are not allowed through this beach access. Some large items may be permitted; however, per noise restrictions, they must be hand-carried down the pedestrian pathway leading to the shore through Sunset Beach. Strollers are permitted through the beach access as long as they are used to transport children and not beach gear. Beach tents are not permitted on any private beach access along 30A.   Other details to note:   Please abide by the policy posted onsite and provided here. NO smoking within 25 feet of any of the Village of South Walton buildings. There is a dedicated smoking area that is located in the center section between Buildings E/F and H. Security will be helping to enforce this rule.  Weber propane grills for guest use are located within the pool area. When using a grill, do not leave it unattended.  Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. You will see the prominent lifeguard chair, which is the entrance to Seacrest. At that chair, take a left and locate the guard house. Show your wristbands to the guard and you will be permitted to walk straight to the beach. If there is no guard upon your arrival, walk down the middle path, in between the gates, to gain access to the beach.  Wheeled coolers, wagons, golf carts, bikes, skateboards and roller blades are NOT allowed through this beach access. Some large items may be permitted; however, per noise restrictions, they must be hand-carried down the pedestrian pathway leading to the shore through Sunset Beach. Strollers are permitted through the beach access as long as they are used to transport children and not beach gear. Beach tents are not permitted on any private beach access along 30A.   Closest Public Beach Access: Should you desire public beach access where lifeguards are on duty (available during the high season only, from 9am - 5pm CST), head to the beach access point at Inlet Beach. Turn right at the light at the intersection of 30A and Highway 98. In just less than ½ a mile, turn right onto Orange Street (you will see the sign for "public beach access"). At the stop sign, the road will T; parking is available to the right or left. This beach access is fully equipped with restrooms and an outdoor shower area. Wheeled coolers, wagons and beach tents are permitted at the public beach access. Bike racks are available near the public beach access as well.  About the Vacation Rental Unit:  This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental features the following: The finest of furnishings! The living room has a large flat-screen TV, a sleeper sofa and a private balcony with amazing views of our community's two pools! The kitchen is spacious and provides all your needs. The cabinets are painted a soft and fresh white, the countertops are granite, all stainless appliances and a mosaic tile backsplash makes you feel like you're at home! The King Primary suite has wonderful views of the pool and a large private bathroom with custom double vanity and a large walk-in shower. We put an Amerisleep Mattress in this master bedroom and it’s absolutely delightful to sleep in! The 2nd bedroom hosts a queen-size bed. From Hwy 98, take County Road 30A (RIGHT, if you're coming from Destin; LEFT, if you're coming from Panama City Beach). Travel on County Road 30A for just over a ½-mile. Look for shops on the right (Seacrest Sundries, Premier Property Group). Then turn right onto The Village Lane. This area is called "Peddler's Pavilion." Follow this road around till you see these shops: The Lens Bar, Pizza By The Sea, The Sweet Peddler. Turn right (when doing so, you should see La Cocina Mexican Grill and Bar on your left).  At the stop sign, Building D is on your right and Building C is on your left; turn right. Building H is the first building on the left just past the pools. You can park anywhere in the parking lot.   Take the stairs or the elevator to the 3rd floor. Please do not make exceptions, as accidents introducing fecal matter into the pool require a special disinfection process, which will result in the pool shutting down for up to 24 hours.  Amenity Wristbands: In the condo’s kitchen(ette), you will find "The Village" wristbands for your use. The following areas require wristbands be worn by all guests (10 years of age and older): the private beach access through Sunset Beach, The Village tram, and the new resort pool at The Village across from Building G. Prior to departure please return all wristbands to their proper place (guests will be charged a fee of $30 for each missing wristband).  Beach Tram Info: A complimentary beach tram is available to all guests of The Village of South Walton from March 1st– October 31st from 9am to 5:30pm CST (with no Tram service from noon-1; in addition, the Tram does not run in inclement weather). Guests must call to schedule Tram pickup, otherwise no tram service will be provided. Tram departs from The Village pool area near Building H. All guests 10 years of age and older must wear wristbands to access the Tram. No wagons, no glass, no canopies, or pets allowed on the Tram.  Beach Access Info: Private beach access for guests residing at The Village is through the Sunset Beach community. This private access point is monitored; guests older than the age of 9 will be required to wear a wristband to gain entry.  Walking Directions (5 to 10-minute walk): From Peddler's Pavilion (shopping area in front of The Village) turn right onto 30A. You'll pass High Pointe Resort House on your left. The beach access is shortly thereafter on the left (north) side of 30A (directly across from the Seacrest Beach entrance). You will see the prominent lifeguard chair, which is the entrance to Seacrest. At that chair, take a left and locate the guard house. Show your wristbands to the guard and you will be permitted to walk straight to the beach. If there is no guard upon your arrival, walk down the middle path, in between the gates, to gain access to the beach.  Wheeled coolers, wagons, golf carts, bikes, skateboards and roller blades are NOT allowed through this beach access. Some large items may be permitted; however, per noise restrictions, they must be hand-carried down the pedestrian pathway leading to the shore through Sunset Beach. Strollers are permitted through the beach access as long as they are used to transport children and not beach gear. Beach tents are not permitted on any private beach access along 30A.   Closest Public Beach Access: Should you desire public beach access where lifeguards are on duty (available during the high season only, from 9am - 5pm CST), head to the beach access point at Inlet Beach. Turn right at the light at the intersection of 30A and Highway 98. In just less than ½ a mile, turn right onto Orange Street (you will see the sign for "public beach access"). At the stop sign, the road will T; parking is available to the right or left. This beach access is fully equipped with restrooms and an outdoor shower area. Wheeled coolers, wagons and beach tents are permitted at the public beach access. Turn right (when doing so, you should see La Cocina Mexican Grill and Bar on your left).  At the stop sign, Building D is on your right and Building C is on your left; turn right. Building H is the first building on the left just past the pools. The space Fully stocked house with all amenities including starter soaps, lotions, detergents, beach equipment. Beach/Pool towels are NOT provided and we ask that you please bring your own. Do not use house towels for pool/beach. The house is kid friendly with toys, pack and play, stroller, baby tub, gates, and a high chair. Guest access Keypad full access to house/yard with the exception of two locked closets. Full access to community pool with code. Public access Beach is 4 min drive/15 min walk with free parking for car/bikes/golf-cart. And it has public restrooms Other things to note Golf cart is complimentary as an extra bonus.
