Other things to note The location of the Cabin is both near and far from everything that Traverse City has to offer. This property is not suitable for guests with mobility issues due to the many flights of stairs 2.) In the winter, guests should have 4WD for getting into and out of the driveway - it becomes very slick with ice/snow and the snowbanks build up due to the snowplows 3.) The Cabin uses well water, so it has a water softener. However, if guests are sensitive to hard water, we recommend bringing bottled water for drinking. 4.) The upstairs bedroom is a loft. Because of the home's layout, it can be noisy if other guests below are not taking care to be quiet.

However, the camping site is quite a ways from homestead! If you have children, they will have friends to play with! If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing evening, that’s what you will get! Remember to bring bedding. The main bed is made up for you unless you are traveling with pets. Other things to note We are pet friendly for anything but the pit breads. Join us in beautiful Leelanau County! This newly renovated, 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home is located 10 minutes from downtown Traverse City and Village of Cedar. Only 25 minutes from Sleeping Bear Dunes, Glen Arbor, Leland, Lake Leelanau, or Empire. Nestled on a secluded wooded lot, with the nearest neighbor 200 ft to the north. Convenience store and The Hayloft Bar & Grill are within walking distance. Enjoy a spacious patio off the main level, complete with propane grill and outdoor seating! The space The interior of the home was renovated spring 2023 and the exterior spring 2024. Landscaping for drainage was done around the garage and back yard spring. Therefore, there may be areas of dirt until new grass grows in (See pictures). There is a wondow air conditioner on the main level liv8ng room, a window mount air conditioner in 1 of 2 bedrooms upstairs, and family room downstairs window mount. Hosts, cleaners, and maintenence do their best to remove any bugs/spiders found around the house. Being in the woods it's impossible to keep them 100% away, therefore you could see some here or there, especially around the outside of the house. This home has four bedrooms (3 with a queen and twin bed, 1 with a queen bed) and two full bathrooms (one with tub/shower combo and other with a low threshold shower). On demand hot water so you will not run out of hot water. The two living rooms are furnished with large cozy sectional sofas, as well as recliner style chairs. Upstairs, enjoy a 55" smart TV and downstairs a 75" smart TV. The laundry room includes two sets of stackable washer and dryers, complete with laundry supplies. The spacious patio offers secluded outdoor seating with a 5 burner propane grill. Guest access Guests have access to the elevated deck, yard, and entire house except the utility room. Guests do not have access to the detached garage and two sheds as this is the host’s primary residence and personal belongings are stored there. Other things to note This is my primary residence and was recently renovated on the interior and exterior. The home is listed on Airbnb when I’m out of town for work. Please note, exterior improvements are still taking place. Therefore, it’s possible there may be landscaping projects partially completed or a tree trimmings stacked throughout the property.

Private, airy guest house with separate entrance, but within our home. Galley kitchen and loft for extra sleeping room are cozy additions. There are five additional places to stay through Airbnb on our property at Cedar North, check them out as well. The space The loft (for extra sleeping) is reached by a ladder and has a queen size air mattress. It is not ideal for young children or elderly. Guest access You have your own entrance and are welcome to walk the trails around our 50 acre property and visit the farm animals. There are always opportunities to observe milking and have a try yourself, collect eggs, and partake in farm activities if you wish. Other things to note The space is completely self-contained for privacy.

After a day of skiing or vineyards, unwind in the 1 bedroom retreat featuring a cozy nook with an extra full bed. Enjoy the private deck, a hot tub under the stars, and a cup of coffee as you embrace a peaceful forest morning. Welcome. The space You’ll arrive to a long wooded, paved driveway, where you’ll find ample parking next to the guesthouse. The space is above the detached garage, up an outdoor stairwell. There is a private deck overlooking our acreage and the hot tub which will be ready and available for your use. Inside is a kitchen and dining area, equipped for cooking, with small upgrades for the right cozy touch. Enjoy a complimentary bottle of local wine while you unwind and prepare for a weekend enjoying all the area has to offer. The skiing and snowboarding is particularly great in the winter months, with Crystal Mountain, Hickory Hills and Holiday Hills all within a 30 min drive. We have a plow service that keeps the driveway nicely accessible, but winterized tires and vehicles definitely required the area. The snuggly nook can function as extra sleeping space, with a comfortable full size bed. Additionally, if needed, the velvet futon couch works well for a small child’s bed. Enjoy a movie night, a game night, or use the space for morning stretches. There’s also a nostalgic popcorn machine with popcorn and oil provided for a fun movie night in the nook. The 1 bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and bright windows with blackout curtains. There is Wi-Fi as well, which works for streaming movies and taking remote calls. The Wi-Fi may not work for a full day of zoom calls, but if you’re able to work with just voice and not video, it’s super doable. The unit also features a private washer and dryer for your traveling convenience. It is truly an all-season space, warm and magical in the winter, and the perfect resting spot from busy summer activities. The location is perfect as a hub for everything Leelanau county has to offer. To note: -It’s a 110V hot tub, which means once it’s heated to 100-104 degrees it will stay that hot, but if you turn the jets on then you’ll lose about 1 degree every 10-15 min in the tub. With the jets on in very cold temps it will stay super comfortable for about an hour at a time, but you can also just turn the jets off as well :) it’s an old property but a brand new hot tub, and still super magical and relaxing ! - this is a carriage house on our property. We rarely see guests, but just so you know, we live next door. - we do not have AC. In the summer we provide fans. We have stayed in the apartment in the summer comfortably, but if you require AC, please note in advance that we do not have AC. Thank you! Other things to note We conveniently allow a 2 pm check in to ensure you have ample time to enjoy Northern Michigan.

The Beach House

This unique farm stay will exceed your expectations. A short 15 min to downtown Traverse City and just 15 min to Lake Michigan beaches, this country stay has it all. Located on 20 acres of pasture, gardens and woods, you’ll feel as if you’re away from it all ! A working farm where you can collect eggs for breakfast, pick fresh produce or cut a beautiful bouquet of flowers. You’ll stay in an amazing studio for 2, literally in the upstairs of our custom barn. But with all the amenities of course!! The space This is our small homestead. We do not live on the property but might be around during your stay to feed livestock or do other chores. We have chickens, 2 sheep and a goat. Also, tho on 20 acres there are other homes in the area. Keep in mind when booking that this is nature and it moves at its own pace. The cutting flower garden blooms in its season and the fresh vegetables ripen in Gods time. If you book early in the summer these features might not be ready for your enjoyment. Guest access You have access to the upstairs apartment, the deck, the grounds. You can collect eggs from the outside collection boxes but please do not go into the coop or the run. The barn is private and used for the owners farm equipment and supplies. There are external security cameras on the grounds Other things to note There are 18 stairs to get to the upstairs of the barn. Guests should be strong and physically fit for this stay. There is no air conditioning but there are 2 ceiling fans, a floor fan and lots of windows. There are exterior security cameras on a couple of the out buildings including the lower level of the barn. We also have 2 lambs and a miniature baby goat that you can pet and feed
