You will feel the warmth of the wood throughout the space despite the large vaulted great-room. The bedrooms will give you will give you a cozy cottage feel with the beamed ceilings. Every room in the house has at least one log wall. The tree lined lot is extremely private and will be noticed coming up the long driveway. Huge porch, deck, and plenty of outdoor seating will allow you to enjoy the restful surroundings. Hot tub in the back yard to enjoy in the cold. If traveling with kids, they will love the nook in the loft and all of the board games/video games/gaming tables/Smart TV's to keep them occupied. A desk was provided in one of the bedrooms and strong WIFI for those looking to work from home in a restful location. No cleaning fees! Enjoy perfect comfort at the Cardinal Cottage! Start your days by taking advantage of the fully stocked Keurig coffee bar before hiking at Hocking Hills State Park. End your days relaxing in the private hot tub under the stars or roasting marshmallows at our hilltop fire ring. Also features high-speed internet, a Smart TV for streaming, and we have just added a private EV Charger right in the driveway. Sleeps 6. Pet friendly. The space Cardinal Cottage is designed to evoke a "comfy cottage in the woods" feel. It's fresh, clean, and comfortable. The living room has lots of plush seating and a killer DVD collection as well as a Smart TV with Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ available for our guests. You can also log into whatever other streaming services you subscribe to. We have high speed internet so WiFi calling will ensure that you are reachable and can check on things at home if necessary. We've also just added a private Level 2 EV Charger right in the driveway. You can see pictures of it with the exterior photos in our gallery that show its location and technical details. Charges all makes, but Teslas and NACS will need their adaptors. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with lots of pillows and a door that leads right to the (brand new in April 2024) hot tub. It also has an electric fireplace with a mantle made from reclaimed wood. There's an amazing bunk room done in a woodland theme to appeal to children or the young at heart. Inside you'll find a little pretend campfire and tree for fun. The bunk room has a full sized bed and a bunk bed so there's room for 4 people to rest up for tomorrow's adventures. We have a fully stocked kitchen with full-sized appliances plus other necessities like a microwave, toaster, hand mixer, etc. It's easy to cook a full meal here and then wash up in our lovely, vintage enamel sink. Or grill on the covered front porch with the propane grill. Whatever you're in the mood for! We have ample parking available for several cars. You can even bring your boat if you like. Lake Rupert is just a few miles down the road and has very nice boat ramps and excellent fishing. Lake Alma is a ten minute drive away and has a swimming area, boat rentals, playground, picnic tables, and a short island trail perfect for little legs. (Did we mention there's also a large picnic basket at the Cardinal?) Lake Alma is never crowded as it's typically only used by locals. Guest access Guests get the whole house to themselves! Other things to note We are perfectly situated for you to take advantage of everything the area has to offer. We're close to Hocking Hills State Park, Lake Hope State Park, and Zaleski State Forest. You can kayak on Raccoon Creek, go horse back riding at Uncle Bucks Stable, visit Ohio University in Athens, or go to Chillicothe to visit the Adena Mansion or explore the Hopewell Indian Mounds.

The large, private yard boasts a hot tub, propane grill, picnic table, and fire ring. Inside you'll find multiple easy-to-use electric fireplaces, smart TV, high-speed WiFi, a dedicated work space, coffee bar, and a fully-stocked kitchen all gorgeously decorated. Sleeps 2. Pet friendly. The space Our charming barn was designed to have everything you need to be comfortable and relaxed. The property also has a large, private yard for you to play with your dogs. Guest access The entire barn and large yard are exclusively for your use. Other things to note The only thing we ask our guests to do before they leave is wash up their dishes. You don't have to strip beds or take the trash out or anything else. You're on vacation! You don't have to do chores!

Manufactured in 2019, she has all the modern amenities PLUS the site has a private hot tub (open year round), fire ring, outdoor (and indoor) shower, coffee bar, smart TV, high speed Internet, etc. Sleeps 2 The space This 50’s themed camper really is an escape from the world. Who really wants to camp in a parking lot? Our spot is very calm and quiet. You only have one neighbor, us! Our house is 300+ feet away and barely visible when the trees have leaves. Other things to note Our house is 300+ feet away from the camper. You will see our house clearly once the leaves drop in the fall. It’s barely visible when there are leaves. We will never visit you unless you need help with something and invite us to come down. The KITCHEN has a camper sized fridge (see the pictures in the Gallery) There is a microwave and two-burner cooktop but NO OVEN. The Little Red Robin is little. If you're very tall, etc. you may not be comfortable. We've tried to show size in the pictures. We have gardens and chickens between the house and the camper. If you’d like to walk thru the gardens and visit the chickens you are welcome to do so. The camper is available all winter long. We have propane heat to keep you toasty warm. The hot tub is also open all year long. The outdoor shower will be closed for the season once the temperatures drop, but we DO also have an indoor shower. See pics.
