Just minutes to hiking, skiing, biking and golf. The space There are three levels in this home, with four bedrooms, two baths, and a loft. Beds for eight: Two rooms with queen beds, two rooms each with one set of bunk beds. Two living room areas. The main floor has a large living area with woodstove, kitchen, dining room, full bathroom (tub and shower combination) and a bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Sliding glass doors from this bedroom access the North side of the wrap-around deck. The main floor deck is also accessible via sliding glass doors off of the living room. There is also a second bedroom with twin bunks and futon and large tv. Stairs from the living room on the main floor lead to the upper level loft living area that overlooks the main floor with tv. The master bedroom, has a queen bed and full bath en-suite. The lower level is accessible from the main floor, and has a second bunk room with futon, ping pong & pool table, and access to the covered hot tub, which is outside on the lower deck. The front porch has seating and a propane fire pit. This home offers free Wifi, TV, DVD / CD player, washer / dryer, fully equipped kitchen and gas barbecue. The space Inside you will find a warm and inviting layout will all new furnishings and décor. Every piece was procured to maximize our guests enjoyment. The foyer opens up on to the main living area with cozy seating and and ample space to sit back and enjoy your time together. Just off the living room is the open dining and kitchen layout. The kitchen is fully stocked for most all of your culinary needs. On the main floor you fill find two spacious bedrooms. One with a king bed, and the other with a queen bed with an additional twin over full bunk bed. A full bath is conveniently located right between these two bedrooms for easy guest access. Upstairs is the primary bedroom suite that is quite spacious with private deck access. There is a small adjoining room that has two bunk beds for more flexibility with kiddos. You will find a large flat screen TV for any streaming you might want to do here as well. The en-suite bathroom is enormous and has a wonderful jetted jacuzzi tub. As great as the main home is, some of the best amenities are close by and out outside! Welcome to our newly renovated three bedroom home located one and a half miles off of Highway 26 on just over an acre of private land. Our home boasts three queen beds and two full bathrooms plus a queen inflatable air bed for additional guests. Our home is minutes away from Sandy Ridge trailhead, Wildwood Park, local grocery store, restaurants, and 16 miles from Government Camp. The space This house has everything you’ll need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. With brand new full-size modern appliances, 70 inch TV in living room and 58 inch TVs in each of the bedrooms. The first floor of our home you will find a fully stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need to cook your meals. There is a bar area with seating and a dining room table for six. In the living room area there is a sectional that has seating for eight and cozy throws tucked away inside the ottoman. The house is fully stocked with firewood for those chilly winter nights, or for when you just want the ambience of a crackling fire. This house is also equipped with an electric furnace with heat pump. Also on the first floor there is one main bedroom and full bathroom with standup shower. The second floor has two bedrooms on opposite sides of the staircase and one full bathroom with a standup shower. There is also a small area for reading or for keeping an eye on your children as they enjoy the upstairs play area.

With two bedrooms upstairs--the king master suite with a private full bathroom and a small bedroom with two twin beds--this level is perfect for a small family to stay together. Two additional queen bedrooms with a full bathroom are on the main floor. One queen room also includes a twin bed. A portable crib is available for families with infants and toddlers. The space As you enter the spacious cabin you will find a gorgeous stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows which allow the natural light to stream in throughout the home. The updated kitchen integrates with the living and the dining room, providing an incredible space for the entire group to enjoy this home together. You will see the décor and furnishing was curated to create that perfect blend of style and comfort at The Fernwood. Ascending upstairs there is a cozy seating area and some extra beanbags. Another large flat screen TV resides here making it perfect for kiddos or young adults that want to enjoy their own shows while being just a few steps away from the rest. Two of the bedrooms are on the main floor which have a queen and full bed respectively. Upstairs just off the sitting area and TV is the third bedroom. This room has two individual twin beds as well as a twin over full bunk bed. There is also a sleep sleeper sofa rounding off the sleeping options to hopefully allow lots of flexibilities for families and small groups. Outside there are a number of seating options on the wraparound deck along with a new patio and large hot tub! Relax after a day in the outdoors by kicking back on the deck, listening to the wild life and/or taking a dip in the hot tub. The grill was removed September of 2025. Guest home: The guest home is located on the same property--allowing proximity to the group but also providing all the amenities of a separate home. Enjoy the fully renovated kitchen, dining and living space along with a full bathroom that includes a washer and dryer. The guest home is included by default with all bookings and is a wonderful option for groups where some need a bit more privacy or quiet or hustle and bustle of the main home. For those booking within thirty days, if for some reason you don't want the cabin as well, we can remove that and reduce your booking by ~$80 per night plus the $60 cleaning fee. Between the cabin and the guest home you will see so much care, hard work, and thoughtfulness went into making The Fernwood a wonderful option for you to enjoy everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. The open concept living area will allow you to relish quality time together weather you are cooking dinner, playing one of the many board games/puzzles provided, reading a book by the fire or watching your favorite movie on the smart TV (with your login). Plenty of cozy blankets and pillows will make you feel right at home. One level living is perfect for all generations from young to "mature"! The primary bedroom is large with a slider that accesses the deck and private en suite bathroom. Bedroom arrangements allow for 10 people in traditional beds (1 king, 2 queens, 1 bunk bed with full below and twin on top, 1 twin trundle bed best for a child or smaller adult) however we will consider 11 people if you choose to use the pack n' play or inflatable queen mattress provided. Due to Clackamas County STR restrictions a 11 person limit will be strictly enforced and violations could result in penalties. Parties/events are not allowed. Enjoy the warmth that the onsite sauna provides at the house but you also have access to the Mt. Hood Oregon Resorts year round heated pool and hot tub that is just minutes down the road. As a guest of The Warming Hut you will be able to access these resort facilities during your stay free of charge as well as tennis, basketball courts, exercise room, playground and putting green. You must check in at the main lobby and show your reservation confirmation to get your free pass. Location is key and you will find yourself able to walk the many paths that lead around the golf course and find yourself catching glimpses of the beautiful Salmon River along the way. The large modern kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinets and fully outfitted kitchen. There is seating at the large bar as well and seating for 8 at the dining table. The kitchen also has its own desk space and large walk-in pantry. Downstairs also has a full size laundry/mudroom with washer and dryer and a half bath. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house. Cedar Bedroom The Cedar room is situated on the main floor and has its own walk-in closet and attached bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi tub and two sinks. The bedroom has a king size bed, sitting area and its own flat screen tv. Cedar also has a walk out patio to the backyard space as well as a separate private covered deck with hanging chairs and bistro lights around the back. Very romantic! Maple Bedroom Upstairs you will find the maple bedroom with a queen bed and its own designated workspace. The fir tree views from the windows make this a prime spot for working remotely. Pine Bedroom Also, upstairs, the Pine Room is beautiful and relaxing with a queen size bed and windows overlooking the pond and forest. Fir Bedroom The fourth bedroom is our favorite room in the house. This custom “bunk” room has 4 custom bunks each with their own sconce for cozy reading. Each bunk also houses a trundle bed, making this room comfortable to sleep 8 total. There is also two shelves of new children’s books and two leather chairs to enjoy. Upstairs also has a loft with seating area and wet bar. The upstairs also has a full bathroom with tub. The Outdoor Space The main living area opens to a massive concrete patio with large table, bistro table, lounge chair and hammock. Also, on the patio is a large 6-8 person hot tub with guest flip flops all for your use. From here you can take in the beauty of your private view of the forest and pond. A step from the patio will take you to a bonfire and horseshoe area with Adirondack furniture and a large fire pit with surrounding bistro lights. From here you can walk over the bridge to walk the trails to the creeks, treehouse, pond, island swing or dock. There is a small canoe with oars provided for smaller guests. The private pond is stocked with over 300 rainbow trout. Catch and release fishing is permitted if done humanely as they are our pets. Fish are growing, and will fishable by summer! Note: fish are limited right now due to bird / otter predators! ★ Hot tub *We strive to make sure hot tubs are working at all times. If they are not working due to circumstances outside of our control, unfortunately we cannot provide any type of refund for the inconvenience. Step inside to an open, light-filled space with large windows. To maximize the natural light and forest views, our front door features a large, uncovered window (no blinds), blending the indoor living space with the surrounding greenery. The cozy living room features a wood pellet stove, smart TV, and Wi-Fi, flowing into a full kitchen equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, full-size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, air fryer, blender, and more—everything you need to prepare meals with ease. Upstairs you’ll find three bedrooms: one with two queen beds, and two with one queen bed each. One of these also includes a foldable sofa bed, and the loft-style hallway offers a twin futon and views through three large windows. In the walk-in closet you will find a Pack N' Play that can be used as a bed for your baby or toddler. Each room has its own thermostat for customized comfort. The space As you step into the cabin, you’re welcomed by massive Douglas fir logs—harvested long ago from what is now the protected Bull Run Wilderness—a flagstone entry with stone sourced just up the hill, and walls clad in reclaimed wood from a historic barn that once stood along the Oregon Trail. Enjoy our sunken conversation pit wrapped around a large stone fireplace, handcrafted cedar dining table made for family meals, and a cozy living room with a sectional sofa and pull-down projector for movie nights. The kitchen is fully stocked with a high-end induction range and plenty of space for cooking epic meals. Outside, you’ll find our hand-built deep cedar soaking tub, along with a Weber grill and fire pit for post-hike s’mores or a little après-ski hang. ✨ Perfect for family gatherings, weekend getaways with friends, or a peaceful retreat in the mountains. This space is a perfect place to curl up and read a book. You'll also find a wide variety of board games and books to choose from in the antique hutch. NOTE: The leather daybed is very comfortable and works as an additional sleeping area, if needed. THINGS YOU WILL LOVE: - Over an acre of fenced, forested backyard and many private areas set up to relax and enjoy nature. - Located in a serene neighborhood where you'll see deer, hear owls, birdwatch, and feel closer to nature. - A rare private location that is still walking distance to a grocery store, pub, Mexican restaurant, wine bar, café/bakery, pizza, and more. - Bunkhouse/ game room includes extra sleeping space in a 500 sq ft separate building. -Fully stocked kitchen with high end pots and pans. - Minutes to hiking/biking trails and the Salmon & Sandy river -Half a mile to Mt. THINGS TO CONSIDER: Our WiFi is the best option available in the area and is very fast. Please keep in mind this is in a forest, so occasionally it will stop working. We unplug and plug it back in, and then it's up again in a few minutes. We can work remotely very easily. However, be warned it can be spotty at times. We can go months with no issues, then suddenly we have to reset. I guess it's all part of the charm. :) Parents of young children should be aware that there is a staircase leading to the upstairs loft which is not suitable for unsupervised small ones. Also, please note that if you decide to have a fire in the wood-burning stove, the exterior gets very hot. Please message us if you have any questions about this. We do provide a baby gate for stairs and a screen you can put in front of the wood stove. Please consider when booking in the winter that this area does get winter storms and snow and to have a vehicle that can handle the conditions. Our street and driveway are kept plowed and generally HWY 26 is pretty good but we always try to stay prepared. Also consider Airbnb's rental insurance. We charge an additional $30 per person per night after 6 guests and a $50 dog fee for up to 2 dogs. No bathroom in the Bunkhouse. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ DOG FRIENDLY: (2 max) Bring your best friend! I know we don't like traveling without ours! Two dogs are welcome! You will need to indicate how many dogs when you book and will be charged a flat $50 fee. Also, note that dogs are not allowed on furniture, and you will be responsible for any damages, so please do not leave your dogs unattended. Guest access Guest have full / private access to cabin and Bunkhouse space. No garage access. You will check yourself in with an individual smart lock code. We have a super large and flat circular driveway. Other things to note -WEATHER- Like most cabins in the area we are at a higher elevation and recommend 4WD vehicles in the winter in case of snow or extreme weather. We can not predict or control weather, so we don't offer refunds due to inclement weather. Please keep this in mind when booking, and if this is a concern we recommend purchasing travel insurance. -EXTRA GUESTS- The house will accommodate 8 people. However, please note that there are only 3 bedrooms and 4 beds in the main house. Also available is the daybed in the loft AND twin bunk beds in The Bunkhouse, if needed. We charge an extra guest fee after 6 guests so please make sure you include all guests with your reservation so there isn't any surprise expenses. If you have more than 8 guests without first clearing it with us, you may be charged our event fee of $150 an hour. -FIREPIT- The Oregon Department of Natural Resources often restricts outdoor fires in the summer to prevent wildfires. Please call the Hoodland Fire District prior to burning wood in the fire pit in the summer to check on current status or just message me and I will check on it for you. -RING CAMERA - We have an audio/video ring camera set up at the edge of the front deck. It is set up to just see the driveway for safety and for us to keep an eye on the property when it is vacant. We purposely made sure it is no where near any hang out spots for guest privacy. You can curl up in front of the fire with a good book, walk nature/river trails from your front door, head five minutes down the road for mountain biking at Sandy Ridge, or in 20 minutes you can be playing in the snow at Ski Bowl. The mountain is calling you! TLT Certificate # 1073-25 The space Our goal was to create a home where friends and families could gather to enjoy being together. You'll find cozy seating, a game room complete with a four person arcade console, plenty of games and puzzles to keep you entertained and a fully equipped kitchen ready for family style eating. If snuggling and laziness is what you're after, the TV is also has Fire TV with Netfilix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO and ESPN already signed in. Guest access You will have the entire house to yourself! Other things to note Please note, there is internet at the house that is sufficient for streaming. This is, however, a rural area and sometimes these things can malfunction. Completely remodeled 1,400-square-foot home with an upstairs master bed room. It’s only 20 minutes from Ski Bowl & 5 minutes from multiple hiking & mountain biking opportunities. Our place offers 1 king bed upstairs, a Queen bed and 2 twin beds. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer. Our place is set up well for 6 guest. The space Come enjoy our Brightwood Hilton House! This place has just been fully remodeled and updated. It has a beautiful kitchen with everything you need. Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove top, oven, toaster and of course a coffee machine. It’s 1400 square foot house. Three bedrooms 2 bathrooms. It has one King bed upstairs with its one private bathroom and shower. Downstairs has a queen bedroom that you can also access the down stairs bathroom from. Next to that has another bedroom with two twin beds. It features a beautiful indoor fireplace for your enjoyment, a coffee nook to enjoy your favorite cup of coffee or tea or a quiet area to work. It has a large flat screen TV, comfortable couches and a family dining table. It has big beautiful windows to enjoy outside and maybe even see deer passing by. 2 bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs. Upstairs is a single shower. Down stairs in a shower tub combo. Enjoy the back deck with a brand new hot tub to relax and enjoy the beautiful woodsy property around you. Our private place is on 2.5 acres surrounded by beautiful trees and landscape. The property is mostly fenced aside from one hillside that overlooks the town of Brightwood. WiFi available and will be easily accessible to guest Our Brightwood Hilton house is next to our Superbarn studio that is above the garage which is also available for guests to book on Airbnb. A couple exceptions, guests will not have access to the garage below the Superbarn. Upon arrival, guest will be emailed an access code for the door lock. No Parties, photo shoots, or events of any kind allowed on the property without prior approval. Additional guest must be approved. If not additional fees will be applied. Any parties without prior approval will be immediately asked to leave and there will be an additional $500 fee. Any damages that may occur but not subject to guest will be responsible for and a security deposit will be held. If you have your own RV and wish to bring it during your stay, you need to provide details before you book and get approval. No outside fire allowed at this time. Outside fire pit coming soon. Due to weather, occasional power outages may occur, flashlights are provided and guests will be instructed to call the host for assistance. This gorgeous vacation rental offers up to 14 guests accommodations throughout 4 bedrooms. A hop and skip over to the Sandy River, and a short drive to everything Mt Hood has to offer! ~No parties~ The space Enjoy your time in Rhododendron in this luxurious chalet. Our home features an 85 inch Samsung TV, with a large comfortable wrap around couch for seating you and your crew. We have a large farm house table and a smaller desk in the master bedroom, so you can work/stream without any issues with our 1gb blazing fast wifi internet. We have outdoor seating and a bbq for enjoying the back patio. We also have a fully stocked kitchen ready to be used. Not to mention the delicious local restaurants a short drive away. To clarify this is a 4 bedroom home with 7 beds that can each sleep 2 people. Every bedroom (except one) has two beds inside. Please see photos. Guest access Guests have private access to our home. They also will have access to our neighborhood basketball courts, swing set, pool (during summer), tennis courts, Sandy River, all just 2 blocks away! Other things to note The pool is a community pool that is subject to availability. We don't have control to maintenance issues. Normal operating months are between May to September. Please note that our property has a strict no-party and no-event policy. Parties, gatherings, or unauthorized guests are not permitted at any time.
