I chose this kind of flooring knowing that before going out I like to put my shoes on and take cute photos with my gals. We make it a goal to keep it as clean as possible but after big parties of girls arrive and the amount of foot traffic and rolling luggages we DO NOT GUARANTEE clean floors. If you can not understand this, our property may not be for you. KITCHENWARE: Trips are short and there's always so much to do in such a short amount of time. With the amount of guests we host it was quite the decision for me whether to provide everything that we do provide, especially with inflation. I choose to provide these things because I love being a host and love to make my guests trip as easy as possible. It is the guests responsibility to wash dishes and clean all kitchenware used before departure. Housekeepers double check and clean; property manager double checks and clean. But things can get overlooked once in a while with this kind of listing and the amount of guests we host at once. We like to make our guests happy so we do appreciate it when you communicate with us upon arrival so we can fix the situation if necessary. But if you are the kind of guest that typically complains about things like this, we do not think you will enjoy the property we worked so hard to create and continue working hard to maintain. The backyard features a covered patio with plenty of seating, dining, and an outdoor pool serviced all year around, and a large green turf backyard! The open floor plan inside the home encompasses the kitchen, dining area and two lounge areas with Foosball! The space Our master suite walks out to the back patio, then the other three bedrooms are down the hallway! A more detailed look into our home. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The primary room is furnished with a queen sized bed across from a private television. We have a small seating area with a pull out couch and sliding doors to the back patio! There is an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower. Our second bedroom has a queen size bed. The closet will have ample storage space and plenty of room to hang personal items. The third bedroom also features a queen bed and has a closet with ample storage space and plenty of room to hang personal items. The fourth bedroom is perfect for the kids or friends! Kindly note that the pool and spa shares the same heating unit. We can only heat one body of water at a time. The same fee of $100 applies even if it's just the spa that you want to be heated.
