Sometimes you will see coyotes, javelinas, and roadrunners. You will see lots of birds, rabbits, and quail. The space The master bedroom suite is located on one side of the house and the two other bedrooms share a single sink full bath on the other side of the house. There is one front door entrance that all bedrooms will be accessed through. There are good restaurants very close by; Mexican, Chinese, Smoked BarbieQ, and Cafes. Some restaurants are three miles away: McDonald's, Dominos, Dairy Queen, Beer & Hamburgers, and others that are slightly further (8.5 miles away). Guest access Note: The listing is designed to give a day in-between guest stays for cleaning. Everything you need is on site, including washer and dryer. Guest access Access to the walking trail up Red Butte is from the back patio. The loop trail is about 0.5 mi. and is private property. It is cleared and easy to hike, and you are encouraged to stay on the designated path. Always take water when hiking, and dress appropriately for cactus and animals. Other things to note This is the desert. This home and the neighborhood have seen creatures that you may not be accustomed to, such as snakes, bobcats, coyotes, scorpions, as well as soaring hawks encircling the buttes and mountains, quail and rabbits. Please respect their place in the landscape. Also, be aware of your surroundings and take reasonable precautions for the safety of yourself, your family and your pets. Please keep pets on leashes, and when enjoying hikes, we suggest staying on the trail and wearing closed-toe hiking shoes or boots, long pants tied at the ankle, and hat and long sleeves to protect from the intense sun. You will be located on a five-acre lot. (You do have neighbors.) The location is in a fairly private area. The views are wonderful. The property is located up against the hills of Tucson Mountain State Park, which has lots of trails and walking paths. The space Currently, the house next door is under a small construction project. The owner lives in the house next door, which is approximately 80 feet away. This leaves a very private and quiet desert night experience. And I mean quiet. Absolutely peaceful. It might even be too peaceful for some folks. If the moon isn't out, then it is dark outside. Of course, you have the availability of lots of outside lights to make you feel at ease. One person staying works out great. Of course, couples work just fine. We do have animal guests. Some animal guests you will see. Such as javelinas, coyotes, deer, and rabbits, squirrels. Some animal guests are seasonal. The property is frequented daily by deer. The property is located up against the hills of Tucson Mountain State Park. Lots of trails and walking paths. We even have a half-mile walking path that starts at the RV and goes around the perimeter of the property, which is good for a morning stroll with your coffee. If you are quiet enough and walk slowly or even stop briefly, you could see a deer or two. However, it would need to be an early morning or late afternoon walk. All this, and you are just 8.5 miles from downtown and even closer to lots of restaurants and shopping. This is a stunning location for the nature-minded, as such, after all the construction is done, we will be raising the price. No pets, please. By the way, just over the Tucson Mountains Park, by way of the birds' fly, no more than four miles, there is the Luxury JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa… Why pay for such a high rate to the Hotel when you get: Here is a partial list of the differences between the Mariott and our place; when you stay with us, you will give up room service, the pool and jacuzzi, and the golf course. But you don’t have to pay 280.00 a night for the same Tucson Mountain Park views. With us; ‘Living on the Acres in Total Tranquility’, there are bike and hiking trails close by. We even have a half-mile walking path that starts at the RV and goes around the perimeter of the property. You park your vehicle within 30 feet of your door. How cool is that? Other things to note Since this is an RV, there are some RV aspects that I would need to get you accustomed to. For example, the shower pressure is on the weak flow side, you might hear the heater furnace come on, and you will need to roll out the awning and tuck it away upon leaving the RV for an adventure. (Mind you, the awning is electric.) The stove and oven are RV size. There is a gas grill located outside, along with a gas-fired firepit.

Coffee maker, fresh ground coffee, teas, sugar, creamer, cups, wine glasses, bottle opener, and a mini-fridge with cold bottled water, and room to store your perishables. Pool towels are conveniently located in your private room. Your full private bathroom is across the hall, with toilet, sink and large deep shower. There are plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your use. The living room, dining room and the library, filled with books, board games and art, are open for your enjoyment. Yes, you can dive in my large Salt Water swimming pool! It is deep enough! Relax in the Jacuzzi or grill up a Bar-B-Que dinner in the fun and festive outdoor Cantina! The front yard sunset patio is an enchanting spot to watch the magical Sonora sunsets. There are many seating areas around the yard offering different moods for your senses. I am happy to serve a continental breakfast every morning consisting of bagels, English muffins, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, and juice. You're welcome to eat in the formal dining room, kitchen counter or table, the cozy library, or any of the outdoor seating areas around the home. Dates your looking for not available?
