The space Chateau Winston is a large 4-bedroom house with a private patio and pool that can be heated for an additional fee of $50/day. There are 3 bedrooms with king beds and 1 bedroom with 2 sets of single-size bunk beds (this room is open to the hallway and has a curtain for privacy). The space is perfect for large groups and extended families traveling together. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, and to gather together around the pool or in the large kitchen. Chateau Winston is located on Winston Lane, right at the edge of Inlet and Rosemary Beach. The nearest beach access is a one-block easy walk to the end of our street. The shops and restaurants at Rosemary beach are a five-minute walk away, and the other infamous 30A beach towns of Alys Beach, Seacrest, and more are a close walk or bike ride away. Whole foods and Publix grocery stores are nearby and offer delivery. A public beach access sits at the end of our street, a three minute walk from the front door. Parking fits up to two vehicles. The guest who books must be 25 or older and present for the entire stay. A standard rental agreement is provided after booking and is required before arrival. If you look at an aerial shot of the Seacrest community, you can see that there is plenty of street parking for the residents and visitors. Parking is easily manageable. Guests get parking passes for as many vehicles needed. Guest access This booking is for the entire house and resort privileges. Upon entrance to the community, you will greeted by a guard that will give you parking passes and wristbands for the lagoon pool. Please request prior to your stay. Pool heating needs to be accessed through a mobile app, which allows you to control heating. We only offer private pool heating from November through February. Other things to note Parking: There is ample parking for the house. There are three spots directly in front of the house for parking. In the back, there are four parking spots for the house. Parking is first come first serve with parking pass, so there is always room for parking.
