Close to the accommodation are various options for activities and great restaurants. Guest access Please be aware that the pool area is shared with the 3 other units (A-C), but normally you have enough privacy to use it. Other things to note There is no working elevator in the unit, also the garage door needs to be opened by hand! The balcony on the top floor had to be permanently closed due to guests disregarding safety rules, but the large balcony in front of the living room is opened to use.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Home is across the street from the beach and 3 blocks from shops and restaurants. This is a 1970's Beach cottage with plenty of space. Think older family beach cottage/ cabin...it has been loved & well used & has great energy! There are two outdoor spaces. The upper area has a large deck and the lower area has a deck and back yard. Great for morning coffee and evening dinners. The space This beach house feels very comfortable. Just steps away from Siesta Key beach access #9 or #10. It is on beach road which can have traffic noise but this unit is in the back of the property surrounded by foliage and it makes you feel removed from the hustle out front. There are multiple spaces in the home to find some quiet time alone with the two living spaces, an upper deck, & lowerback yard space. Upper level has the Kitchen and Dining area, smaller living area , the upper deck, two bathrooms and two bedrooms, king bed & queen bed. Lower level has a queen bed area, large sofa/ television area, & desk space. You can walk out to the back deck and yard space or walk out to the beach shed and laundry area through the lower level. One of the best things about this place is the upper deck in the morning with the birds, a break from the wind on a windy day, or wonderful for dinning on. Also, the easy access to the beach for beach walks, full beach days or the ability pop back and forth to make meals/ get a break from the sun or hop over to the restaurants with in walking distance is so convenient and lovely! The lower deck is nice for shade in the afternoon if you want to be outdoors and have a break from the sun and beach. This home is not new and modern but it gives each guest one an experience of the way Siesta Key houses used to be. Each bed has new cooling gel/ memory foam beds with organic cotton or linen bedding. We use non- toxic & unscented laundry detergent. Guest access The only two shared spaces is the parking in the carport...The rest of the duplex unit and decks are just for this unit as well as private beach shed and laundry. Key-pad entey. Other things to note We are just a mile and 1/4 from crescent Beach on Siesta key , beach access 12, where you can access the amazing beaches on the sparkling blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. While each one of the beaches- Turtle, Crescent and the Main Beach-(3 miles from house) offers a slightly different experience, they all share the same gorgeous waters, breathtaking sunsets, relaxing gulf breeze and playful dolphins Whether you are looking to relax or have fun in the sun, Siesta is the perfect choice. Rental shops located close to home where you can paddle board or kayak, ride bikes, go boating or fishing, or snorkeling- or you can just relax at the beach. We are very close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, boat and bike rentals and all watersport activities. The main beach on Siesta offers free public pickleball courts , tennis & volleyball courts as well as a shaded playground & picnic area. They also have several concession stands where you can grab a snack and a cool drink. There is also a free shuttle service on Siesta Key that takes you to the Village area where you will find many restaurants, nightlife and shopping. SIESTA BEACH HOUSE HEATED POOL☀️🌴3 MIN TO BEACH!!

Experience a beautiful coastal-style bungalow featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfectly situated along the intracoastal canal. Just a 5‑min walk to SK Village and 10 min to the beach, this home offers the ideal blend of relaxation and convenience. Enjoy your own private heated pool and spa, or cast a line from the back dock. You can even bring your boat—dock space is available for boats up to 24 ft. Kayaks are provided as well, allowing you to explore the scenic canals at your leisure. The space The home features three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king‑size bed and private ensuite, plus two additional guest rooms. One guest room includes a king‑size bed, while the other offers both a double bed and a single bed. You’ll have access to a fully equipped kitchen, an in‑unit washer and dryer, and everything you need for a perfect beach day—beach chairs, an umbrella, towels, coolers, frozen ice packs, and a cart to easily transport everything to the shore. Two kayaks (one blue, one yellow) with paddles and lifejackets are available for guest use. Please note that a third kayak, stored in a silver cover, is not available for guest use. The spacious backyard provides plenty of room for swimming, dining, sunbathing, or simply unwinding. The home is located on a quiet, family‑friendly street. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Because sound carries easily over the water, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise levels, especially during evening hours, out of respect for our wonderful neighbours. For clarity & disclosure, there is a covered car and a boat stored on the property; neither is available for guest use. For safety, there are three cameras installed on the property; a camera in the front yard focusing on the street and car, a camera focusing on the boat & canal and a doorbell camera. Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight unless prior approval is obtained from the owner. To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please avoid hosting visitors or unregistered guests. Registered guests are responsible for the conduct of all members of their party at all times. Guest access Guests can check in via keyless entry. Other things to note No parties are allowed. Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum as voices travel across the water and this is a family friendly neighbourhood. Beach amenities such as beach towels, a beach cart, pool noodles, beach chairs, umbrellas are provided. There are two hair dryers for guest use. We have both a drip and a Kurig coffee maker. A variety of spices are available for guest use. For those who have a pet (one pet only please), the pet fee is non refundable. Laundry soap and dryer sheets are provided. There is a doorbell camera installed on the property by the front door. There is also a camera facing the front yard for security and one facing the boat, boat lift and canal. The hand held device used to start/stop the hot tub can not get wet. Guests will be charged a replacement fee should the device break. Garbage/ recycling day is Monday. Guests are asked to take their garbage to the curb if they happen to be staying midweek. There is a car (covered) and a boat located on the property. Neither are for guest use. There are three kayaks located on the property. Two are for guest use, one is reserved for owner use only (the covered kayak). Please return kayaks (stored upside down as to not allow rainwater to pool) at the side of the house when checking out. There is space to moor a boat along with cleats provided.

Siesta Haus is tech friendly with a high-speed Wi-Fi mesh system that extends to the pool and beach friendly with plenty of sand toys, beach chairs, cooler and sun umbrellas for a fun day at the world famous Siesta Key Beach. Gulf and Bay Club Bayside offers an array of resort-style amenities including tennis and pickle ball courts, a fitness center, two heated swimming pools, and private beach access. Guests can bask in the Florida sunshine by the pool, engage in a friendly tennis or pickle ball match, cast a line at the private fishing pier, take a leisurely stroll around the property on the shell path along the Intercoastal or take a nice walk to the pristine shores of Siesta Key Beach. Situated on the second and third floors, this condo not only provides amazing views but also a sense of elevated privacy.
