Additional public beach opportunities a short walk away along the paved road: Little Point Sable State park (5 minute walk). Golden Township Beach (10 minute walk). Parking is available at both beaches but limited at peak times of the summer season. Other things to note See the Light has a permit for use as a short-term rental issued by Golden Township. Driveway is paved with gravel and steep. If there are more than 2 cars they must be parked behind one another. Hot water heater (20 gallons) provides ample hot water for showers and dish washing. Long/many consecutive showers while using dishwasher may temporarily exceed capacity. Cell service is very limited. See the Light has a cellphone signal booster but depending on your carrier, service may not be available. Activating Wifi calling and using the free provided Wifi network will keep you connected. See the Light is surrounded by State land and in a beautiful natural setting. Keeping doors closed and putting food away promptly will minimize the appearance of the insects that are part of any outdoor environment. For the security of the property, the cottage has a Nest hello doorbell.

Great location for this Silver Lake Cottage. If you love sunsets on Lake Michigan and kayaking this is the place for you! Quaint 960 sq ft ranch style cottage with a great open feel along with a spacious private fully fenced backyard. Lake Michigan is 1.5 miles away and channel access is about 400 feet away at the end of Channel Lane, along with Silver Lake access points not far away. 30 miles north is Ludington and Muskegon is 40 miles south. Make this your Silver Lake get away! The space This house has access to Silver Creek that goes into Silver Lake perfect for kayaking or canoeing. Lake Michigan is only 1.5 miles away and the world famous ORV dune area is only 2 miles away! Guest access Guests are able to use the whole house space. There are two sheds on property that are not available for guests. Other things to note I ask that shoes are to be removed when inside property. Please no smoking inside of home a cleaning fee of $300 will be charged for smoking inside of home. Absolutely no parties allowed. Burning trash in the fire pit is not allowed, please only burn wood. All guests are responsible for cleaning up trash and properly bagging it and placing it in the container outside for the trash service to pick up. All dishes that were used must be properly cleaned, dried, and put away before checking out. There will be a cleaning fee of $50 an hour of any excesses messes that require more than 3 hours. Please note: This home was built in the 70’s. It is not perfect and has some quirks. It is in the process of being updated. This home does not have central air. A window AC is available along with two fans. Please treat my home with respect.

Large lawn with room to play games. Enjoy tether ball with the kids. The outdoor fire pit is perfect for s'mores and campfire stories. Walk for miles along the beautiful shoreline of Lakes Michigan. We have internet and a smart TV. Please bring your own towels and beach towels. Bedding provided. Please note one of single beds is a trundle. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots and pans, dishes, microwave and coffee maker and a Keurig. No pets allowed, we have family members with allergies. The cottage is limited to 5 guests. . Stony Lake Market and the local hardware store have some food staples. Also located at Stony Lake is a public beach, playground, softball field and fishing. Benona Township Park is located in this area at Lake Michigan, It is where Stony Lake Channel runs into Lake Michigan, it is a great area for smaller children to play in the water, tube and fish.

Steps from restaurants and short driving distance from the sand dunes and area attractions. . This is a newly build cabin has high end features and appliances. It has a large kitchen, cedar ceiling, granite counter tops, stone fireplace and tasteful décor. The space Entire use of the cabin and left side of garage. Guest access Guest have access to left side of garage and use of rafts, water toys, kids bikes and adult bikes, lawn chairs, sand toys, balls, volley balls, golf clubs and kayak, Marsh mello sticks, charcoal grill, life preservers, beach blankets, extra towels. Other things to note Guests can use the firewood in back for campfires. Bring sunscreen, bug spray, flashlights and a fun attitude. I have contacts for all trades so if we experience a problem, I will be able to get it fixed and resolved in the fastest way possible. It is my duty to ensure you will have a clean and fully functional appliances and household. I have extra keys hidden in case your original set is lost

Mornings and evenings can be spent on the back porch surrounded by the woods. The Cottage is the perfect complement to a busy day at the lake. Ideal for 2 couples or a family with up to 3 children (appropriate for children ages 6 and up). Sleeping accommodations have been upgraded to 2 queen beds! The space The first floor has an open living room/kitchen area that includes a nap nook under the stairs. The full bathroom is also on the first floor. Sleeping arrangements are on the 2nd floor. The first bedroom is open and the second bedroom is accessed through the first bedroom, and is separated by a wall with a door. The back deck provides a great place for meals and hanging out, with a great view of the woods. Guest access Guests can access the full house and porch, and the woods immediately surrounding the house. Other things to note Parking is free on the property and can accommodate trucks with trailers. The front yard can be used for parking. The road on which the Cottage is located is a sand road, which is maintained all year.

Plenty of parking in large driveway for trailers. Enjoy your stay with all this home has to offer - AC, deck, firepit, ping pong table and much more! The space Enter off the deck into the living room or the side access door into the kitchen. Down the hall you'll find the bathroom and bedrooms. Guest access Park in large driveway. Non motorized water craft have access at the end of the road. Motorized water craft access is about 1 mile away at the public boat launch @ Silver Lake State Park. Other things to note No hidden fees or checkout chores! ALL cleaning is included in the cleaning fee! There are 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards available for guest use (there are some life jackets as well - 4 adult and a couple kid ones). We do our best to keep the all of the kayaks, paddle boards and accessories ready, but there have been some instances where guest misplaced an item (like a paddle) or we’ve had to take the paddle boards home to patch a hole or two so I cannot guarantee they will all be 100% available. There are beach chairs and coolers for guest use as well.

After a day at the beach, retreat to the cool of the woods and a cozy fire pit. La Bella Vie is a spacious, furnished 2 bedroom, plus 3rd Bedroom/den, 1-1/2 bath cottage. Our 1/2 bath is a seasonal 1/2 bath in our Bathhouse. This bath is winterized in the beginning of October. Living room is 20 x 21. Sleeping arrangements, other than the queen bed in the master bedroom, include a double/full size bed in the "Beach' bedroom, and in the 3rd bedroom/den are 2 twin daybeds - one with a trundle underneath. A total of sleeping for 7, all in beds. The third bedroom/den is accessed by a door off the family room - as seen in photos - there is a vertical blind/curtain that can be closed to offer privacy to that room for sleeping. A playpen/crib is also available. Our cottage has parking for 2 in the driveway, room for 2 additional vehicles in the grassy area - due to the slope, we recommend 4x4's only for this area. Linens and towels are provided, everything for your cooking needs, along with books, games, favorite childhood toys like Lego's, Lincoln logs. We offer beach chairs, a beach umbrella, child size wave boards, and an awesome field stone fire pit (hotdog forks in entry closet). Includes: WiFi internet/amazon prime movies. Our cleaning team spends a total of 5-6 hours thoroughly cleaning La Bella Vie Cottage to prepare for your arrival. Early arrivals are against our House Rules, and not allowed. Rental Agreement Required. Adults signing our Rental Agreement must be 25 years of age or older. Only guests listed on the Rental Agreement may visit or stay at La Bella Vie Cottage. Guest access The entire home is available for guests to use and enjoy. We will contact you prior to your arrival with the address, key lockbox code and WiFi access code. Note: We listed our cottage as wheel chair accessible, La Bella Vie has no stairs, there are grab bars in the shower, but it does not comply with ADA standards for turn radius' etc. To be more accurate, it is accessible to those who still have some mobility. Only those listed on the Rental Agreement may visit or stay at La Bella Vie Cottage. We even have 2 kayaks for our guests to enjoy. The entrance to the dunes is just 2 1/2 miles away. The space Our place has all the comforts of home, including: A/C, heat, fireplace, a stocked kitchen, covered front patio with outdoor eating area and hammock swing, a covered back deck, big yard with a hammock, a fire pit with comfortable chairs, 2 kayaks, board games, and hot dog/marshmallow roasting sticks for your evening dinner and s’mores. Guest access Entire home, big yard and off street parking. Other things to note There is a streaming TV in the living room and the Master Bedroom. Internet can be sketchy at times, especially when it’s real busy. Please plan a trip at our place that includes unplugging and not depending on internet - we cannot guarantee it and it’s beyond our control.

A high chair and pack-n-play are also provided. No loud music that will disturb others, including car stereos or boom boxes. 5.	11:00 PM: QUIET TIME BEGINS. 6.	No pets are allowed without the owner's permission. 7.	Pets must be leashed when they are on the Association's common areas. Please clean up after your pet. 8.	Pool rules must be followed (see list posted in the cottage). 9.	No unruly behavior, foul language, etc. 10.	Vehicles are to be parked at the unit being rented, not on Association lawns, in the roadway or on another owner’s property. 11.	Owners of the units being rented will be notified if renters are not complying with the rules or creating a problem. The unit owner is responsible for the immediate resolution of the issue. 12.	Renters must understand that this is a family community, and others expect to be treated in that manner. 13.	Renters will be asked to leave if the rules are not followed. 14.	All fires must be contained in a fire pit. 15.	No trash may be left outside. It must be disposed of properly in the community dumpster. 16.	No camping equipment, RVs, tents, etc., are allowed without owner's permission.

The Chunky Monkey

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. A wooded retreat, near all the Silver Lake Dunes action. The double lot, fenced in Tennis/ pickleball/ basketball court serves as a playground for cycling, scooter, skateboard. Plus the trees provide great setting for the kid's ropes course. Our HOA Happy Acres Beach is four doors down. After a day enjoying all Silver lake has to offer, retire to the Silver Lake Tree House to recall the days events at the campfire or in the hot tub The space After a day on the water or adventuring in the dunes enjoying all the activities Silver lake has to offer, you may just need a little escape. Right off the main road, your wooded retreat awaits at these two adjoining octagon houses in the trees. The Silver Lake Tree House is accessed by stairs from three decks. On the main floor are two of the three bedrooms and two showers/ bathrooms. Upon entry of the main unit, is the kitchen, dining, sunken conversation fireplace area. The living areas all radiate from the central hub of the fireplace, so you’re always in “Circulation” with an open floor plan and one of the bathroom showers. Down a short hall, In the adjoining unit, Bedroom # 1 has two queen beds, one of which has a full size loft bed overhead. The second bedroom, is through the second bathroom,, at the end of the hall with one queen bed. For the more adventurous, the third bedroom with queen size bed, is up the spiral staircase where the view of Silver Lake dunes is over the Tree Tops! Whether you're looking to relax on the decks, one faces the main road where you can watch the dune buggies go by. The other overlooks the patio fire pit facing the wooded back lot and full size Tennis/PickleBall Court, sit in the sunken fireplace nook with a book, or soak in the hot tub. Be advised, the home is NOT ON SILVER LAKE. Rather, a short walk a few cottages down is our Happy Acres HOA private beach. Work on your tan or launch one of four kayaks and paddleboard into beautiful Silver Lake. Don't forget your sun tan lotion and life jackets. Afterwards explore the Silver Lake area, Mac Woods Dune Rides, Craig's Cruisers, Putt Putt Golf at Golden Sands, or Frisbee Golf. Be sure to visit The Fox Barn, a unique destination with a wine bar, outdoor patio, and farm market featuring locally grown produce. The landmark, Silver Lake Tree House has everything you need for a memorable stay. Guest access The Tree House is accessed by stairs and decks. Ample parking all around for dune buggies, side by sides, trailers, boats etc. The garage is not available at this time. The main entry is around the corner off Scofield by the garage. Follow the lit sidewalk to the main deck and lock box. Be advised, the home is NOT ON SILVER LAKE, but rather has access via HOA Happy Ridge Acres Beach a few doors down on the other side of W Silver Lake Road. Or pack up your beach bag and drive to Silver Lake State Park, 1/2 mile or Lake Michigan at Little Sable Light House, three miles away. Other things to note Please be aware, the Happy Acres Private Beach access is shared with seven other homes. Some of which are long time residents of the area.The home does not front Silver Lake but is across the street. Be courteous and respectful, remember to leave the chairs righted and take waste with you back to the Tree House. We have two beach wagons for transporting your beach chairs, life jackets, etc. Check to be sure kayak paddles are returned with Kayaks. You may bring your boat or personal watercraft, but it will have to be securely moored out in the lake, as the dock is privately owned. Be safe and enjoy. Hot Tub Use and Waiver form is required to use the Hot Tub on our Silver Lake Tree House property.

All wood floors, knotty pine ceilings and a beautiful stone gas fireplace. The kitchen, master bedroom and full bath finish off this level.

Greenwood Beach House has one bedroom on the main level with a queen bed and across the hall is the full bathroom. In the living room, the couch pulls out into a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping. Upstairs is an open loft featuring two twin over full bunks. The loft is stocked with toys, Legos, and an Xbox. Outside you will find a great covered patio with comfy furniture, a gas grill for making delicious dinner, and a large in-ground firepit to gather around at the end of the day. This is not a pet-friendly property. Welcome to our cozy apt./condo! This is a newly constructed apartment great for a relaxing getaway! We are close to Silver Lake Sand Dunes but with plenty of peace and quiet, our 2-bedroom apartment is a 7-minute drive to the heart of Silver Lake and features an outdoor firepit and beautiful views of our pond and property. The sunsets are gorgeous and full of color. After a fun filled day on the dunes, or exploring the area, come back and relax with bonfires, bbq, sunsets and roaming wildlife. The space This is a two bedroom, one bath condo with a full kitchen, washer and dryer and TV/internet. There is a pull out couch for a 5th person. Property is a beautiful 120 acre farm overlooking a large pond. You will have your own patio, grill, and firepit outside. You can expect pheomenal sunsets all year round. Plenty of room to park your dune toys. You will have your own secured private entrance and there are security cameras externally for watching your toys. (plus 400 lbs of canine) This is a very peaceful setting. We are 5 min drive to the dunes, 10 to Pentwater, 1 mile to Big Hart Brewery, 20 min to Ludington. Due to liability reasons, there is no fishing or swimming in the pond. The fish in the pond are a stock that we harvest. If you or your kids would like to feed them, we leave protein pellets out on the dock for night time feeding. It is quite the feeding frenzy to watch. Guest access You will have your own private entrance to your building with a private code for your stay. Any issues, owners stay in the other building and are seconds away.

Copper Fields and Wetland Wonder

This is our much loved Lake Michigan waterfront cottage. It is located about a mile south of Stony Lake directly on Lake Michigan. The beach is the best with white sand and a gentle entry into the crystal clear water. Great family fun! The space Really comfortable Lake Front cottage built in 1957. The huge picture window brings the outdoors in. The lay of the land makes it feel isolated even though there are neighbors on either side. The wooded lots makes those hot Summer days so much more comfortable, but do reduce your view of the Lake to glimpses. The patio overlooking the Lake is a wonderful spot for morning coffee and meals. The grounds are natural with no groomed lawn. The cottage retains much of the dated original interior decor and furniture but has an updated bathroom. The appliances may be older, but are fully functional. The kitchen has ample dishes, pots and pans. There is a crock pot, toaster, microwave, and a toaster. There is no dish washer. There is no air conditioning, but fans are provided. There is electric heat and a fireplace wood burner for those chilly days. There is NO TV, but here is high speed internet with wi-fi. This may not be YOUR dream house, but it's the way we like it... and that's where you are considering staying. This is a quiet location, not a wild party place. It is a great place for kids. Guest access The entire home will be yours for the week. You can access the beach via the 57 steps in front of cottage. The Mancewicz family, in the next home to the north, has permission to use our steps. The beach is yours to roam for miles in either direction. Please use the area directly in front of the cabin for your sunbathing, swimming, or campfires. There is a fire-ring for the camp fire. Other things to note Security: The cottage should be unlocked when you arrive and when you depart. If you desire to lock the cabin while you are out, there is a key hanging next to the phone, but please remember to replace the key and leave the cottage unlocked when you depart. What to bring: You should bring clothes, swimsuits, food, charcoal for the grill, soap, toiletries, paper products (there will be a minimal amount of toilet tissue and paper towels on hand) beach gear to include chairs beach towels & blankets and whatever else you need on vacation. We provide furnished cabins with cookware, microwave, crock pot, coffee maker, linens, and towels. When you depart, please take perishable foods with you. You may leave unopened canned food, dry goods, condiments and frozen foods if you so desire. Comfort: There are baseboard heaters in the bedrooms and a wall unit in the living area. These work great and will warm you up on the coldest days. The wall unit takes a few minutes to heat up before the fan starts blowing so do not panic! Please turn the heaters off when not needed because they use a lot of electricity. There are instructions posted in the cottage as to the use of the fireplace insert. Only have a fire when adults are present. Please familiarize yourself with the instructions on the "Chimfex" located on the mantle, but do not open unless needed. No fires are allowed in the yard, but the beach is a great place for a campfire.
