Old Town is in the southernmost part of Scottsdale. Our home and most homes you are looking at in the area are about a 15 to 20-minute drive to Old Town. Most rentals in the Old Town area are condos or resort-style hotels. Q. How does the pool heat work? A. If you request to have the pool heated, we begin the heating process 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival. We set the heat to 85 degrees. This does not mean the pool maintains that temperature during the colder season. The pool heat fee is applied to the entire stay. Q. Are there restaurants nearby? A. Yes, Scottsdale is a big city that is spread out. There are numerous restaurants, bars, and shopping all around within a short distance. Q. Early check-in or late check-out? A. And with the volleyball and basketball courts, mini football field, putting green, and lawn games outside, there will be no mention of boredom during the entire stay. Pets are welcome for an additional $200 fee per pet. Please let us know if you are bringing any pets so we can charge accordingly. Please note that our arcade games are an added perk of the home. Occasionally, they experience technical issues, and we are at the mercy of technicians to fix them. We do our best to keep them working, and we sincerely apologize if you experience any issues. A key code will be provided to guests for the duration of your stay. Other things to note We require all our guests to agree to our house policies prior to booking, and we may request a government-issued ID to confirm the identity of the person booking. We do not allow parties or events in our space and ask that you keep noise to a reasonable level as per city guidelines. Unauthorized events or parties will result in an additional fee of up to $5,000.00, plus applicable charges for any damages. If neighbors have to call us or the police due to a disturbance, all guests within the rental party will be instructed to vacate the property and guests will forfeit all reservation charges. Smoking or vaping of any kind (cigarettes, marijuana, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the home. Doing so will result in a fine of up to $3,000. We charge an additional pet fee ($200 per pet) if you plan on bringing pets. If any pets are brought to the home without our prior knowledge, a fine of $1,000 will be imposed. Please contact us directly for more details. If nicotine pouches are used, please ensure these are cleaned up, including around the yard. Further cleaning fees may be imposed if they are left around the property. We ask you to please respect check in and check out times. You can request an early check in time, and we will accommodate if possible (for an additional $50 fee from 12 to 3 PM, and an additional $100 fee from 8 AM to 12 PM). Please message us for more information. Requests for late check out will not be granted due to our professional cleaning crew that is scheduled to complete a full deep clean of the home between guests. Due to the size of the home, considerable time must be allocated to ensure everything is in mint condition before you arrive. Please respect the 11am check out rule so we can keep our home to the highest standard for you and our future guests. Please note that the air conditioning in this area is not meant to go below 70 degrees since it can overwork and damage the units in extreme heat. Because of this, the homes may be set in the 70-80 degree range. Our homes are meant for the purpose of vacations, holidays, and special/temporary needs. We will not accept any residential stays where our property is used as your primary residence or home.
