Vacation should be fun…but not at the expense of someone getting hurt. Please ask children not to run/jump on stairs, chairs, furniture and beds. Falls and bumped heads or other injuries can happen accidentally and quickly! Do not push, pull, climb, jump, to hang on the railing overlooking the pool (or allow your children to). Excessive force or impact (i.e. roughhousing on the landing and crashing into it) could break it and lead to an injury. No loud parties. This is a quiet neighborhood. Our neighbors around us live here full time, please be respectful. You can park a maximum of 4 cars on the property. Cars may not be parked on any grass/rock areas or on the street. Trailers and motorhomes are strictly prohibited by local ordinance. There is room to park 2 cars in the garage. There is plenty of space for parking in our driveway as well. Please do not park on the neighbor’s drive or in the street. Trash pick-up is every Wednesday morning. Please do not try to break into or force open locked closets, cabinets or drawers. Most of the house is available for our use but a few closets, cabinets and drawers are reserved for storage or our personal items. Please respect our privacy. On all of the glass doors there are white locks. Please do not touch them. They should be always be in the straight up and down position. Please use coasters on all wood furniture. Guest access Please be aware that the pool area is shared with the 3 other units (A-C), but normally you have enough privacy to use it. Other things to note There is no working elevator in the unit, also the garage door needs to be opened by hand! The balcony on the top floor had to be permanently closed due to guests disregarding safety rules, but the large balcony in front of the living room is opened to use.
