I will not be held liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass/food is permitted in or near the pool. Two children’s life jackets are available to use at your own discretion. There is also a child alarm on the backyard doors for added safety. SMART LOCK FOR QUICK ACCESS: My home is equipped with a front door Smart Lock that is designed for both security and convenience. BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note I routinely spray the home for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate and this can be common. To help prevent this, please be mindful of keeping doors closed. BATHROOMS: Please only flush toilet paper in the toilet. Please do not flush baby wipes, cleaning wipes, hygiene products or trash of any kind to prevent clogging. Evidence of doing so will result in a repair fee for any related issue. CAMERAS: I have cameras on the property for your safety and protection. All cameras are triggered by motion at which time they actively record video and noise. There are NO cameras inside the entire home. None of the outdoor cameras face the pool or majority of the backyard. You have total privacy indoors and in the main areas of the backyard. The cameras are placed as follows: - There is a doorbell security camera located next to the front door facing the front landing, driveway and street for exterior security purposes. - There is a security camera over the garage facing the driveway and front lawn to detect those approaching the property. - There are two security cameras on both sides of the house facing the driveway to monitor the pool, garden equipment and AC units. These cameras are there to detect intruders entering the backyard from the sides of the house. - There is a security camera facing the back of the yard, mini golf area and back alleyway to detect intruders at the back gate. NOISE: The home is equipped with two noise alert monitoring systems in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. One monitor is inside the living room and another is outside close to the pool. The noise alert devices do NOT record any audio or video. The system monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). The system sends automatic alerts to me when noise levels are too loud (set by city guidelines) at which point I will notify you to reduce the noise levels. If a guest is not complying, I will notify Airbnb and local authorities. I respect my neighbors as part of our Airbnb community. I appreciate your collaboration. If you are staying during those days, and you feel the need to empty the bins, please put out any used garbage bins on the front of the driveway. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it. If the bins do not need to be emptied don’t even worry about it, our cleaning team will take care of it right after your departure. PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. We would therefore to treat the neighbors as you would treat your own neighbors.  PARKING: Our driveway provides ample parking. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn. You can also park 4 additional cars on the gated alley on the left side of the house PETS: Pets are allowed. If you would like to bring your pet, please let us know in your initial message to us HOSPITALITY SERVICES: We also offer a selection of concierge services available (yachts, nightclub reservations, exotic cars, dining reservations, and entertainment). CAMERAS: These are placed outdoor only, outsourced to an external professional surveillance company solely to be used for security purposes and ensure the safety of the property and traveler. All of the best gaming in southern florida is located within 15 minutes of the house including Mardi Gras Casino and Racetrack, Dania Beach Jai Alai, and the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. The house is 4 miles from the Anne Kolb Nature Center a 1,501-acre coastal mangrove wetland that's home to a wide variety of plants and animals, including some threatened and endangered species. You can rent Kayak's and canoes there and follow the boat trails. The house is amazingly central to everywhere else you want to be. the house is located 7 miles (less than 10 minute drive) from Fort Lauderdale International Airport and 21 miles from Miami International (20-25 minute drive). It is located 15 minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale (Los Olas street) which is where most of the live music in South Florida is and 10 minutes from the new Hard Rock Casino and hotel with its huge entertainment district. Other things to note ● There is a Ring doorbell security camera located next to the front door facing the street for exterior security purposes. ● There is a security camera facing the driveway for security purposes. ● There are two security cameras facing the alley of the house for security purposes (not facing towards the house but toward the alley and street). ● The cameras only start recording when there is motion. ● There are NO cameras in bedrooms, private areas, bathrooms, or inside the home , neither cameras facing patio amenities. You have total privacy indoors and in the backyard. ● Home is equipped with a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. The noise alert devices do NOT record any audio or video. The system monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). The system sends automatic alerts to hosts, after the host is notified of any noise alert in the property or in the outdoor area, the host will notify the guest. If a guest is not complying, the host will notify Airbnb and local authorities. We respect our neighbors as part of our Airbnb community. We appreciate your collaboration. ● The house is equipped with an occupancy detention device that alerts the host when occupancy levels are higher than expected. ● After the 10th guest an extra guest fee of $25 per person per night is automatically applied to your reservation.
