This inviting cabin overlooks the river with a spacious dock that can be used for a variety of water activities. The house is centrally located approximately one hour from Tallahassee, Dothan, and Panama City Beach-the World's Most Beautiful Beaches. The space Wandering Waters Cabin: >is a two story cabin on the banks of the Chipola River >is outfitted with three kayaks and paddles >has a woodburning firepit to enjoy nights by the river Guest access Our guests have full access to the entire home and property. The cabin is NOT handicapped accessible. Other things to note Pets are not allowed. If you have small children, please keep in mind that the cabin is located directly on the banks of the Chipola River. The cabin is built on stilts. There are stairs leading to the main living area. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom are also accessed by stairs. Having a toddler would be challenging. Our goal is for everyong to have a pleasant and safe stay at Wandering Waters Cabin.

The space This adorable barndominium has a full bedroom with a queen size bed and a loft with two twin beds. It sits across from a spring fed creek and has the largest sand bar on the river for your enjoyment! Paddle boards and kayaks are located on property for your use. Directions When you come to dead end turn left and follow private road (stay right at the Y) follow until you see Big Daddy and Gigi road sign in the private drive. Guest access The entire property is yours during your time here. The cabin sits on one full acre with private sand bar and full access to the river, if you use kayaks, print, sign and send a photo of it to me in messenger. Also please return them to stand. Due to boats navigating the river make sure they are not left in the water. Also the worlds most beautiful beaches are located just over an hour away. Visit Mexico Beach, Port St Joe, Apalachicola or Panama City beach while you visit. Snow bird specials for winter months so message me for details! Other things to note The property has a highchair, coffee pot, hair dryer, and extra electric blow-up mattress. The house is located on the water, so swim at your own risk—no lifeguard on duty. There is no internet or cable, but there are over 100 movies on the property for you to enjoy. Bring a book and relax while you are unplugged from your daily workload and everyday routine. The home is elevated, so it will require walking up many steps. Please hold on to the rail and assist children and older adults.

While the upstairs bedrooms offer privacy from the downstairs, they do not have doors on the bedrooms. There are two full bathrooms plus a half bath in the main house. For an even closer connection to nature, head over to the detached master suite that has a third King bed, half bath and an amazing outdoor shower. The upstairs bedroom has its own private deck, where you can relax and enjoy the river's beauty. The downstairs area of the tiny house features a large kitchen area.
