Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 10 AM out of respect for neighboring cabins and the surrounding community. Sound travels easily throughout the forested mountain areas. Event Policy Small events and gatherings may be allowed at the cabin, and a small event fee of up to $500 may apply. Please reach out before your stay to discuss your plans. Up to 60 guests may be accommodated during an event, but no more than 22 guests are allowed to stay overnight. Pool Heating Information Pool heat is $75 per night and must remain on for the duration of your stay once selected. Pool heating must be requested and paid at least 48 hours before arrival. Pool heaters can generally increase the water temperature by about 30 degrees above the outside air temperature. Requests made within 48 hours of arrival or after check-in are subject to a $50 surcharge and can only be handled between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Pool heating fees are non-refundable regardless of weather conditions or usage. If the outside temperature drops below 32 degrees at night, pool heating will not be available, and requests during freezing conditions will be declined. This brand new single story cabin is 5,000 sq ft and sleeps up to 32 and is nestled into a 1.3 acre lot! There are four king suites with smart tvs, each having their own bathrooms. The cabin features large open living/kitchen/dining areas that are great for family memory making! The living room has a gas fireplace that makes for a comfy environment. This cabin features 2 large bunk room/game room combos that the kids will never be able to stop talking about. Each bunk room has 6 full size beds, in the form of triple bunks, as well as it’s own full bathroom. Bunk/game room 1 has an air hockey table, a ping pong table, a foosball table, and a smart tv with arcade games. Bunk/game room 2 has a pool table, a shuffleboard table, darts, and a smart tv. There is also a half bath in the hallway. The dining room table seats 12 with 8 additional bar seats. This cabin has a massive creek front deck featuring a tv and fireplace.
