This home is 2900 square feet of stunning interior space, 600 square feet of complete fitness and game room space, as well as an additional 2500 square feet of patio and outdoor living space. Sleeping accommodations come in the form of five exquisitely decorated bedrooms, plus a twin size pull out couch in the upstairs loft area. The master bedroom contains an extremely luxurious king size Tempurpedic, cooling gel mattress, the second bedroom a queen size bed, the third bedroom is a king size ensuite bedroom, the fourth bedroom is a queen size bed, and the last bedroom is a bunk room in the form of two sets of triple twin size bunk beds. *All beds except for the master are furnished with medium firm, cooling gel mattresses. One of the most unique features of this home is the garage gym. Equipped with bumper plates and ROGUE equipment, we have also provided a cable machine and a Peloton. Log into the Peloton using your existing membership and stay active on vacation. Also, adults and kids will have a blast with the 12 foot shuffleboard game in the garage. What would a trip to Florida be without enjoying the sunshine? Find yourself relaxing and enjoying hours of fun under the sun in our resort-style backyard. The safety fence can be removed, however, if you choose to do so, we ask that you do so with care. The patio is marble and the stones are delicate. All bedrooms have TVs except for the downstairs queen bedroom. All bedrooms contain dressers, laundry baskets, and coat hangers. All linens and towels are provided... no need to pack anything! Among the many deluxe and upgraded amenities, Peacock Palace offers practicality. Items included inside this home available to all guests include beach towels, beach chairs, and toys. In the early 1950's Ralph Evinrude (Chairman of the Outboard Marine Corporation) stayed at the Clifton Guest and Fishing Lodge while he was courting the famous movie star, Frances Langford. Evinrude eventually married Langford and the the couple settled down in nearby Jensen Beach and have had a lasting impact on the Treasure Coast due to their generous philanthropic legacy. This spacious 4bdrm/3bath with salt water pool and hot tub is located on a quiet culdasac on a large half acre lot with fruit trees. It is a quick 8 min drive to the inlet beach, children’s museum and local pier/parks. It features an oversized attached garage with EV charger, lots of parking spaces in the long driveway, and some of the most beautiful bird wildlife in the backyard lake. So much to do from swimming, fire pit pool table, yoga equipment, putting mat and other games. The space 4 very large bedrooms. 2 of the primary suites have separate entrances & full ensuites. There is an attached pool house suite with separate entrance & pool access. 2 living rooms & a great room with pool table. Dining that seats 12. Covered patio in the backyard overlooking the lake is over 50 feet wide (all covered). Large laundry room. On the first floor, you will find a sitting area, washer/dryer, bathroom, and bedroom. Bedroom 1 (Second Floor / King Bed): This beautiful master bedroom gives you an amazing view of the beach and ocean from its sliding glass doors. You will fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing and can watch the sunrise, or you can close the curtains if you'd like to sleep in :). This room is located on the second floor and features an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 (Second Floor / King Bed): This room is on the second floor featuring a king-sized bed that faces the river. There is a full bathroom right next to the room.
