Designed exclusively to be enjoyed by short term renters. I strive to give you the amenities of a fine hotel but with the space and privacy of home. As an experienced host with perfect reviews, I pride myself on providing the comfort, cleanliness, and lots of extra touches to make your stay comfortable and hassle free. The space I thought of every detail and have fully equipped the house/kitchen including fully stocked coffee bar, premium crisp white linens, oversized plush towels, robust WiFi to power everyone's devices, Cable TV with premium sports package, laundry facilities and supplies, luggage racks, hair dryers, bedside plugs, etc., etc., Just pack as you would for a hotel and leave the rest to me! Relax on the deck or in the comfortable seating area around the gas fire-pit in the private fenced backyard as you enjoy a glass of wine listening to the ND church bells or band in the background. The backyard also a gas grill and green space to toss a ball or play yard games. Guest access Kitchen features gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, granite counters, new cabinets, plenty of plates/glasses/utensils/cooking and serving equipment, etc. Other things to note I have been committed to extreme cleanliness since long before COVID-19. I pride myself on it! The home is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, checked and reset between each guest by a consistent professional team. I use all white linens and have them commercially cleaned and sanitized. I use contact-less self check-in/out and have a buffer in the schedule between guests. The beautiful Notre Dame Stadium wallpaper takes up nearly the entire side wall, and it will make you feel like you are right there in the stadium. The 85" theatre-style TV also grabs your attention in the back of the room, but before you reach that you will find a pool table and bar top. The bar top is equipped with 4 stools and a beautiful mirror backdrop with shelves. If you are coming for a celebration, the bar will be perfect for you. You will also find a sink and wine fridge in the bar top area. Directly in front of the bar top is an L-shaped couch seated in front of the 85" TV. To the left of the bar top, you will find another Smart TV over a poker table. And behind the poker table is a dart board! **RUDY ROOM - DOWNSTAIRS MASTER BEDROOM AND BATHROOM** Next to the poker table, you will find the Rudy Room! This room is the downstairs master bedroom, and it's exactly what you would think. A bedroom with a Rudy theme! Enjoy the comfort of this large master and king-sized bed. But beware, if you are sleeping in this room, the party in the Irish Pub room may still be going on ;) You will also find a 55" Smart TV in this room as well. The master bathroom doubles as a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom as there is another door giving access to enter the bathroom from the poker table area (so, if you want full privacy, lock both doors). 🏠 1ST LEVEL: **ENTRY** The entry is in the back of the house near the hot tub. The entry has 2 steps to the door. **KITCHEN** Upon entry, you will find the beautiful kitchen with tons of cabinet space and a large island. The space There are four comfortably sized bedrooms and four bathrooms. The master bedroom is on the first floor and the other bedrooms are on the second floor. The double twin bedroom is accessible only through the queen bedroom on the second floor. Every bedroom has a full-length mirror and a TV. Every bathroom has shower and/or bathtub with towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Three of the bathrooms are accessible through a bedroom and the last bathroom is in the hallway on the first floor. There are also four office desks and high speed wifi, making it convenient for those who need to study or work remotely. The kitchen comes equipped with ample cookware, eating and serving utensils, basic spices, oil and cookbooks. Guest access Guests are not sharing the house with the host. The space I thought of every detail and have fully equipped the house/kitchen including fully stocked coffee bar, premium crisp white linens, oversized plush towels, robust WiFi to power everyone's devices, Cable TV with premium sports package, laundry facilities and supplies, luggage racks, hair dryers, bedside plugs, etc., etc., Just pack as you would for a hotel and leave the rest to me! Relax in the comfortable seating area around the gas fire-pit in the private fenced backyard as you enjoy a glass of wine listening to the ND church bells or band in the background. The backyard also a gas grill and plenty of green space to toss a ball or play yard games. Please note that the "half bath" is actually a 1/3 bath? (Urinal and sink only) just off the side entrance. AirBnB only offers full or half bath options as room descriptions and I do not wonder why!
