Kickback in the Sun Room and watch TV or catch a few more golden rays on the patio in the backyard. Pour yourself a glass of wine and enjoy it at the high top overlooking your kids playing outside or take it into the main room for a quiet sip at the Kitchen Island. Sandy Spot has easy access from the driveway on Route 28 and winding up to ample parking near the home. The family member in charge of beach transport may find that they prefer parking behind the house at the end of a quiet cul de sac and only a half mile from popular Red River Beach. Regardless of where you park, you will be close to both the entry door on the back of the house as well as the shed which holds beach amenities and some history as well since it stands proudly as part of the originally built home.   Conveniently located near the back entry is the outdoor shower - perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach! Just inside the doorway is a hallway where you can kick off shoes and a half bathroom (Bathroom #3) as well. At the end of the hall you will find the spacious Primary Bedroom (#1) featuring a Queen-sized bed, Smart TV, and an en suite bathroom (#1) with an oversized walk in shower.  Passing the Primary bedroom, you arrive at the formal front entry of the home and nearby sitting area - perfect for reading a book, enjoying a cup of coffee or perhaps excitedly awaiting the arrival of family/friends as you overlook the woods. Adjoining this space is the dining room with seating for ten near the fireplace (not functional) and beyond is the open kitchen area. Our well-stocked and comfortable Harwich home "Casa de Cod" has a heated pool, outdoor shower, fire pit, and central AC. The house is at the end of a private cul-de-sac on over one acre full of mature trees. Our home borders the Cape Cod Rail Trail that meanders past Hinkleys Pond, Long Pond, and Seymour Pond. There is a king bedroom and bathroom with large walk-in shower on the main level. Bay and Sound Beaches, Harwich Port, Brewster, Dennis Port, Chatham and Orleans are close by. The space Casa de Cod is ideal for multigenerational families. The main level features a bedroom with king size bed and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The Crew's Quarters is a great hangout for young children and teens. The Captain's Quarters is an ideal adult retreat or can be used as a dedicated workspace. For the very small travelers we also have a complimentary highchair, baby gates, baby bath, and pack 'n play for guest use. **The pool and fire pit area are open the Friday before Memorial Day to October 1st. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house except for the owner storage room in the basement. Guests will have access to the part of the basement that has a washer, dryer, folding station, and clothesline.
