The lake we are on connects to the big lake, which is very fun for kayaking due to its irregular shape, and meanwhile we love the privacy our lakefront provides. In the winter the lake right in front of us freezes and becomes a large, open space for ice skating and ice hockey. Last but not least is the lake is stocked with fish, and we are on a great spot for fishing. The fish like to hide under the docks and jump at you when you walk onto the docks. And the water is so clear so you can see them swim. Catch the fishes yourselves or watch the ducks and geese catch their food. There is a herd or herds of deers lives in the woods next to us and we can see them stop by almost every day.

Ground Level: You can play Billiards with your family and friends in the game room. If you want to enjoy the beautiful lake, you can walk through the sliding door and have fun outside. There are two bedrooms on this level. One of the bedrooms has one king bed with a super comfortable mattress. The other one called a bunk bedroom has one twin over a twin bunk bed and one twin over a full bunk bed. There is a full bathroom in the hallway on this level. All the mattresses in the house are super comfortable and help you relax from the moment you lay on the bed. Backyard: All year round is BBQ season and we know that everyone loves to grill. The multi-burner BBQ grill is placed in the backyard of the house. When you grill your delicious food, you can also enjoy the beautiful lake and the amazing sandy beach. Right next to the grill is the picnic table. After fishing, boating, and other outdoor activities, you must be tired by the end of the day. The hot tub is absolutely the number one choice to rejuvenate yourself and is open all year round. I know people love to bring their well-trained pets with them when they travel. So well-trained pets are welcome; it is $75.00 per pet. The fire pit is absolutely another great spot for family and friends to chat and enjoy the beautiful serene lake! The space There are three bedrooms on the upper floor. One has a king bed and en suite glassed-in shower. One has a queen bed and the other has bunk beds. There is a second full bathroom on the upper floor with a large tub shower, plus a powder room. There is also an office with a window seat and loft, which has a great secret nook for kids. The downstairs of the house has an additional two bedrooms--one with a king bed and one with a queen--and another full bathroom with a tub shower. Guest access Guests have full access to the property, including the game room, dock, and more. There is a outdoor wood-fired cedar hot tub. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Please note that everything that is in the home is provided as a courtesy. Our kitchen does come fully stocked with essentials as a courtesy such as plates, cups, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans. Nothing edible comes stocked. The house does contain full body towels, but not face towels. We also provide starter shampoo, conditioner and bar soap, and toilet paper. We do advise our guests to bring additional shampoo/conditioner and anything else they may personally need. If something was not brought or is otherwise needed (such as additional garbage bags, kitchen towels, toilet paper, gas tank for BBQ)- there is a Walmart about 9 minutes from the house that carries everything you might need. Please note that the TVs in the home are Smart TVs but do not have cable, and otherwise only have the free channels, YouTube, and apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney etc. You would need to sign into your own account to use the apps but don’t forget to log out. We recommend enjoying the countryside and everything else the home offers, it’s a getaway after all! HOT TUB—The hot tub will be preheated to 100 degrees however you may adjust the temperature. Please remove cover before use and replace cover after use to maintain heat— otherwise the heat will drop and it takes time to heat up again. SAUNA— in order to turn on just twist the timer knob, takes roughly 1-2 hours to heat so turn on in advance if use. BBQ— we will provide an initial full tank but you must refill it. If the tank is not refilled there will be a $80 charge to refill. FIRE PIT- requires you to either gather or purchase your own wood. STRING LIGHTS- switch is located on the outside of the rear garage door going to the balcony (its inside the weatherproof cover). GARBAGE- Please place garbage in bags and then in the bins at the side of the garage outside the home. The Community offers lake and beach access during the summer months. There's an indoor heated pool plus an outdoor pool for your use. The community center is open daily and includes a bar & grill, arcade, playground, baseball field, volleyball court and tennis court. You can rent a boat or bring your own and go fishing. There's a $10 boat registration fee for your own boat and there are not gas motors allowed, electric only. Summer time is here. Nestled in the beautiful community of Stillwater Estates, this is a gorgeous and modern colonial that is two floors, 5 bedrooms which has 3 King size beds and 3 full bathrooms, a full kitchen upstairs and a wet bar downstairs. Smart TVs in every room. Features a game room and a beautiful backyard with hot tub, fire pit and grilling section. Walking distance to lake and 5 minutes from Kalahari Waterpark. We are pet friendly and there is a pet fee. The space Follow me on this journey as I walk you through the property in written form. Let's start in the front of the house. As you pull in, you will see the large driveway that can fit 5 vehicles (possibly 6 but that will be max) Ok, you parked, long drive, a few might need to use the restroom I'm sure so let's hurry up and get to the front door come on! You will let yourself in with the 4 digit code you preferred prior to your arrival and now we're in. You are met with stairs on this bi level Colonial. To your left on the wall is a shoe cubby area we've created. You can either take a few steps to go upstairs or downstairs. Let's start upstairs first. Once upstairs you will see the beautiful open concept of the large kitchen and living room. The living room has a very large cloud couch extra sofa chairs for more seating. Perfect place to gather and watch anything on the very large 65" smart Hisense Roku TV and electric fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking essentials and is also a great place to gather and talk. The dining table is very large and has seating for 10. It's also a great table to get remote work done if needed. Heading down the hallway, by the stairs you will see the common full bathroom equipped with LED mirror, Shower/Tub combo with body wash/shampoo combo and bidet toilet seat and remote. Coming out of the common bathroom and walking down the hallway, the first door on the left is a bedroom with a King Size bed, beautiful accent wall, organized closet with shelves and hangers and Smart Roku TV. Heading out of that bedroom as we make a left, there is the second bedroom which also has a King Size memory foam mattress, beautiful accents, closet organizer with shelves and hangers and Smart Roku TV. As we walk out this bedroom and look to our left, you will see the Master Bedroom which has a high ceiling, accent wall, King Size mattress, walk in closet with organizer and it's own private bathroom which has LED mirror, shower/tub combo with body wash/shampoo combo and Bidet toilet seat with remote. We're all done upstairs. Let's head back down the hallway, walk down the stairs and head to the bottom floor. As we reach the bottom level, the door to the left is the entrance to the game room. The game room has a great vibe which includes arcade games, pool table, poker table, sofa bed which turns into a full/queen size bed and Smart Roku TV. Heading out of the game room, as we walk down the hallway, first door to the left is a full bathroom which comes with LED mirror, shower/tub combo, body wash/shampoo combo and Bidet toilet seat and remote. As we make our way out of the bathroom, directly across will be a bedroom which has a Full size bed, closet organizer and Smart Roku TV. Coming out of the bedroom as we make a right, we can see the final bedroom which has two full size beds, closet organizer and Smart Roku TV. Walking out of the final bedroom, we are now in the bottom level living area which has a beautiful wet bar to make some coffee/drinks and has a mini fridge to store bottles and cans. The couch turns into a queen size bed and there is a huge Smart Roku TV with electric fireplace. In the living area downstairs, there is a sliding door leading to the deck and backyard. Let's go! The backyard has a very large deck with patio seating and propane fire pit, propane BBQ grill section and of course, the hot tub! Perfect place to hang out, soak in the tub or grill! We are walking distance to the lake but if you plan on kayaking or row boating, the launch area will require a very short drive. That is all.
