This room also has balcony access. Bedroom 2: queen bed. Bedroom 3: queen bed. Bedroom 4: 3 twin beds. This is the only room that does not have space to accommodate an additional pack and play. Bedroom 5: daybed that can either be a twin or extends to queen size. Details on the bathrooms: Bathroom 1: Main floor, near the dining/living area. It has a shower. Doors open out to the patio. This would be perfect for general usage, and for someone wanting to avoid stairs and staying on the main floor bedroom (Bedroom 5). Bathroom 2: En-suite bathroom in owners suite. This one is the biggest bathroom, with a separate toilet area, two separate sinks/vanities, a bathtub, and a separate shower. The walk-in closet is also accessed through here. Bathroom 3: Upstairs hallway bathroom. This has a bathtub with shower curtain (closes off for extra privacy / so that someone can use the toilet and sink area at the same time), and double sink. The house is a spacious split floorplan (ONE LEVEL) makes it perfect for large families, extend/multi-families or groups of friends with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms total. The master with ensuite includes a large jetted tub and separate large shower. We offer an oversized full kitchen, 3 dining areas (including the outdoor option), an office area, a cozy reading nook to enjoy a good book and your morning coffee. There's a large wet bar open to a wonderful, comfy living area with fireplace and Smart TV. We know a good night sleep is most important, so all beds are selected for maximum comfort with 5 quality memory foam mattresses and 1 luxury pillow top mattress. Each bed has 2 different style sleeping pillows to achieve the perfect comfort level. The kitchen is stocked with full service for 12 people, and plenty of pots and pans, baking sheets, casserole dishes, and good knives to prepare meals for your group. For our LOW-TOX guests, we provide cast iron pan and stainless steel options, as well as wooden cooking utensils. We have salt, pepper, an array of spices, and olive oil. We also have plenty of coffee cups, wine glasses and champagne flutes. We've included a full set of plastic dinnerware for outdoor dining. The house is family friendly with board games, puzzles and tons of books. We've recently added a small wooden crib (for babies) that can be rolled into the second King bedroom. You’ll also find a additional pack’n’play (for toddlers), a highchair, sippy cups and children's plates, bowls and utensils to accommodate your little ones. We've focused the whole design to promote togetherness. All areas have been staged to encourage conversation and quality time spent together. We have intentionally designed the main living area with the TV to enjoy family movies and shows. There are not TVs in the bedrooms. Are you staying a little longer and need to get in some work in with your play? Utilize our lovely desk set up for your laptop complete with USB plugs for accessories. From our house, you can walk out the door and be at Jax Beach’s favorite local coffee spot (Bold Bean) in 3 minutes walking. And then carry on walking and be at the beach in 4 more minutes. (7ish min total walk straight to the beach) On the walk back from the beach, you can grab the perfect post beach snack: an acai bowl at another favorite local spot - Fla Juice & Bowls. In the evening, you can walk to dinner at a number of restaurants including Casa Maria (local) that has a cool courtyard with outside seating, SoNapa which is a more upscale dining experience, or Bonefish grill for some of their bang bang shrimp! And for dessert, MayDay Ice Cream just opened right next to the coffee shop. You'll probably go back each night for a different delicious flavor! Beautiful pool in the lush backyard to accompany this quirky, yet charming, beach house that has been renovated with updated kitchens, baths, etc., while retaining the historic feel of coziness and quaintness found in older beach bungalows. The space This beautifully renovated and decorated home has everything you want in a beach house. Ocean views with a short walk to the beach, a private pool, a grill and enough bedrooms and beds for the whole family. Also on cool nights there is a chiminea if you'd like to sit by a fire as well as a hammock between the trees for relaxing. Guest access You'll have access to the entire home and private backyard! The lower level includes three bedrooms and sleeps a total of 10 people comfortably (the "kids" room sleeps four and includes gaming system and TV). The upstairs level has two large king bedrooms. Each unit has a separate outside entrance, (no interior stairs) but is rented as one large home for family and friends to gather. While retaining the historic feel of coziness and quaintness found in older beach bungalows, we were able to save some of the original woodwork and hardwood floors upstairs, (in doing so, there is a very slight slant to the living room into the hallway, however the uneven woodwork on the closet in the living room (photo #6 reflecting the upstairs living room) makes it appear worse than it really is. We feel it adds to the overall charm of the beach house. The large kitchen and dining room is located upstairs where everyone can enjoy big family feasts. The small galley kitchen downstairs is perfectly equipped for coffee and desserts. The driveway fits four cars, and there is also street parking available. Other things to note We cannot allow pets of any kind. If you need to bring a pet then this is not the beach house for you. The host's family is highly allergic. Thank you for your cooperation.
