HOA Form / Administration Fee The HOA form must be completed and submitted no later than 72 hours prior to check-in. WILDLIFE As our home is located in the beautiful Pocono Mountains, you may occasionally see or hear local wildlife such as deer, chipmunks, squirrels, raccoons, or even the occasional bear. Routine pest control is performed, but nature is part of the mountain experience. WATER USAGE Like many homes in the Poconos, water pressure or temperature may occasionally fluctuate during periods of heavy usage. This typically resolves within 45 minutes to an hour. To help avoid interruptions, we recommend spacing out showers and avoiding simultaneous use of laundry machines and the dishwasher. HOUSE SUPPLIES We provide a starter supply of essentials including dish pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper to help you settle in comfortably. For longer stays and larger groups, we recommend bringing additional supplies as replenishments are not provided during your stay. SMART TV Streaming service logins are not provided. Guests are welcome to log into their personal streaming accounts during their stay. LAUNDRY SPACE Washer and dryer are available for guest use. While previous guests may leave behind supplies, we recommend bringing any laundry essentials you may need during your stay. FIREPLACE The downstairs fireplace is wood-burning. This spacious home has a catwalk which allows privacy, has Wi-Fi, flat screen Smart televisions in each bedroom and family room with Disney Plus, Hulu, and ESPN, 2 DVD players, games, and complimentary items. There is an office/bonus bedroom on the first floor right next to a full sized bathroom. The office is great for guests who work remotely! The space 4 bedrooms (Master Suite king size bed, room with two full-sized bunk beds, room with a full-sized bed, and a room with a queen sized bed) Office on the first floor has a day bed that pulls out to a King sized bed), 3 full bathrooms, family room, dining room, livingroom, and eat-in kitchen. Courtesy items: (starting linen (extra sheet set in each closet), dish, face, hand, and body towels, snacks and water, laundry detergent, dish soap, assorted toiletries, and cleaning supplies). ENTERTAINMENTS: Pool table(87" L X 50" W X 31" H), dart, poker, arcade games, board games, kids' books, etc. HOT TUB: A hot tub with 42 jets is good for up to 5 people to relax and release the stress from work. The hot tub will be open year-round unless influenced by inclement weather. GAS GRILL: We provide filled propane tanks for the grill. But please kindly understand that in very few cases, guests will need to refill by themselves: $20/tank for a refill at Walmart 10 minutes away from the house by car(in this case, show us your receipt during the stay and we will reimburse you). The upper floor has 3 bedrooms: a master with a Queen size bed, large closet, and master bathroom. The second bedroom has a king size bed, and closet. These 2 room have entry to a second deck. There is a third bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed. All 3 of these rooms have TV's that stream via Roku. The lower level has the 4th bedroom which has 2 bunks and a bathroom, perfect for children. It also has a game room with a pool table, TV that streams its channels via Amazon FIrestick, bean bag toss, and board games. We will be more than happy to set up the game table for you. The Wifi is available to handle all your needs. This gated community offers many amenities including a clubhouse, café, pools (summertime), and sporting areas with basketball and tennis court. There is also a lake with paddle boating, kayaking and a beach available during the summer months. There is a small fee for the use of the amenities.
