You will be smack in the middle of Sheboygan's downtown with many of its favorite restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops and retail stores housed in old brick buildings that preserve many of their original vintage details. The John Michael Kohler Art Center (entrance is free and the exhibits are wonderful) is also just a few blocks away from the house. Its Art Preserve, which opened recently to rave reviews, is a short drive away and well worth a visit. Also a short drive away is Bookworm Garden's, beloved by children of all ages. We really like the Visit Sheboygan website for events happening during your time here, for things to do with family and friends, world-class local eats, and executive-level amenities in the area during your time with us. I also have a local Sheboygan Guidebook pointing out several great local Sheboygan discoveries! The a/c units run great, but they need to be set no lower than 68. If it is humid, run on dehumidify for awhile, and make sure the windows are closed. If you run the a/c below 68, the units may freeze up, especially in humid weather. If the units freeze up, you have to give them hours to thaw.

3 Bedrooms and 1.5 Baths in this two story brick home. Located about one mile south of downtown Sheboygan on a bluff overlooking the beautiful Lake Michigan. All three bedrooms have a queen size bed. The space There is no direct access to the lake from the home but it is located less than half a mile south of and north of two public parks with beaches with plenty of street parking. They are an easy walk or drive to. The kitchen and both bathrooms have just been remodeled. Its like living in a new house that still has that old world charm. The kitchen features beautiful white cabinets with a quartz countertop and a glass mosaic backsplash and stainless steel appliances. If extra room is needed, we can set up a queen size air mattress with prior notice. WIFI throughout the home. Check-In 4 PM Check-Out 11 AM No smoking allowed in the house. No pets allowed in the home or on the property. Other things to note Two days before your arrival I will send you the access code for the front door so you can check in whenever you arrive after 4pm.

Full bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A starter supply of toilet paper is also provided. Free laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located in the basement. For your convenience, both laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked in the laundry room! $250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets. Guest access Guests will have access to the entirety of Unit B, along with the general shared hallway spaces in the rest of the building. Other things to note Please be respectful of quiet time hours as this unit is in an apartment building. Age Requirement: The primary guest booking the reservation must be 25 years or older.
