Plus, you're only a couple of miles from restaurants and nightlife in Lakewood, Lower Greenville, North Park Mall, and Knox/Henderson Avenue. The space My backyard has so many trees, you won't think you're in the city! It's great for enjoying either of the 2 decks, playing games, grilling out, or just sitting outside and enjoying a glass of wine! (The hot tub has since been removed but it appears in the background of several listing photos). Guest access Guests will have access to all rooms, although the 4th bedroom is typically used for a kid's play room and storage closet and therefore has a foldable type bed frame w/ memory foam mattress, in case it needs to be stored for more room. Other things to note I need to approve pets ahead of time. Their size, how many, what type, etc.. I do live on a creek and there can be wildlife. I do have a doggy door. All pet cleaning and damage will be at the guest's expense. Mandatory steam cleaning of both couches and area rugs is required for all pet stays of 28+ days. The open floor plan, along with modern amenities, makes our home ideal for families, entertaining, or corporate stays. The resort-like backyard offers lounge chairs for laying out, a covered patio with outdoor couches and a flat screen tv, and another living area under a pergola with stringed lights and a fireplace. The space Our home is located just a few blocks from Central Expressway which provides easy access to all things Dallas! Downtown, Uptown, SMU, Mockingbird Station, Knox-Henderson, and Northpark Mall are all just a few minutes away. Our home has 3 bedrooms with 5 beds, 4 bathrooms, and a beautiful backyard with a pool, grill, and multiple seating areas. We have an open floor plan which is great for families or hanging out with friends or colleagues. On the 1st level of our home, you will find an open living and kitchen area, 2 guest bedrooms, 1 full bath, and 1 powder bath. Each of these rooms have a queen bed and one of them has an extremely comfortable Tempur-Pedic mattress. On the 2nd level, you will find an oversized primary suite with a king bed, spa-like bathroom and walk-in closet. The primary bath has a Jacuzzi tub, double vanities and separate shower. There is a spacious bonus room upstairs equipped with 2 full size beds and a powder bath. We also have a blow-up mattress and extra bedding and are happy to make it available upon request. Minutes walk to some of the best restaurants/pubs, and shops Dallas has to offer. No detail has been overlooked. This truly is your home away from home. The space The main home is a 2 bedroom 2 bath house with an additional Studio in the back with a full bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs. Smart TV’s with YouTube TV. Guest access You have access to the full property with the exception of the garage. Other things to note Please note the 3rd bedroom is not attached to the house. It is a Studio in the back of the property that has a Murphy bed and a full bath.

Enjoy our home, located just a short walk from the fabulous dining on Greenville. SMU Campus is a short drive away, Mockingbird Station just around the corner. Convenience can't be beat. Private driveway allows up to 4 vehicles, no garage access. Bedrooms feature 2 kings and 1 queen bed, each bedroom has private bathroom. Kitchen includes coffee and espresso machines and is stocked for your convenience. Pets, smoking and large gatherings are prohibited. The space Contactless Check-In. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire duplex. Reliable WiFi, TV in each room with driveway parking and its own laundry room.
