Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath, eat in kitchen, bright airy modern large living space, pool/ping pong game room with bee hive fireplace and television. Large living space with vaulted ceilings, quaint modern furnishings, and an extra daybed for one person to sleep. Huge master with brand new renovated bathroom, and door out to the newly landscaped turf backyard/pool area. Second bedroom equipped with a twin and a queen bed, and television, third bedroom also contains a queen bed and a twin and a television. There is also an air mattress and pack and play available. Full grill and outdoor dining, as well as comfy lounge sofas for poolside hangs, hot tub perfect for hanging under the stars. (Please note we have cameras that are visible near the front door and side gate, both are outside and are NOT near the pool or any privacy areas). As much as we understand this large of a space attracts large groups for parties etc, we do not allow parties, excessive guests, or smoking on site. We do allow large families, families with children, bachelorette and bachelor parties within the guest limit. PLEASE NOTE-our pool is not heated. We have chosen not to heat bc it just doesn’t get warm enough for it to be worth the extra costs for guests. We do have a HOT TUB. Come enjoy this modern oasis! Guest access Full access, except one storage closet in the front entryway, and the garage. Other things to note Please NOTE-this property has a pool and lawn service once a week. We do have a tree in the backyard that offers shade, so we keep it, but it does tend to drop leaves and seeds that can sometimes land in the pool. We have a skimmer available for you to use if need be. We cannot accommodate guests who want our pool or lawn people to service immediately as they check in-they have a set schedule, and we are not a hotel, so are unable to offer those services. We do assure you we take good care of our property, but sometimes storms and winds cause debris that is out of our control. Our property is also an older place. While we take pride in furnishing it with new and updated furniture, it does have some character reflecting an older home. Some of the floor tiles are a bit loose and need to be redone, which we are completely transparent about, our cleaning crew is excellent and rest assured our home will be clean and comfortable for you as long as you are not expecting a hotel service. The pricing reflects the property fairly, and This is still a family home and we would love for you to enjoy it and make memories there as we have❤️

A fence separates the yard and the pool for child safety. The pool can be heated by request. The home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac and is professionally cleaned before each arrival. We look forward to hosting you! Due to cold winter nights, the pool can no longer be heated December thru January. The space The home features a split floorplan with the master on the west wing and secondary bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the east wing. The kitchen and living space are open for entertaining with a sliding door leading to the covered patio. The back yard is a true oasis with palm trees, fruit trees and a generous turf grass area perfect for BBQing and yard games. The block wall has extra height for privacy and the large pool is by far the homes highlight. For child safety we have a fence around the pool area. Adults can easily open the fence to a 6 foot entry . We do not recommend leaving the pool area open to any unattended children. Feel free to park in the one car garage. We do not provide a garage door opener. 1-2 cars can park on the driveway and street parking is free.
