No outdoor amplified music, please respect our neighbors For protection the property has 4 outdoor security cameras (front door, back door, back patio & driveway) and 1 inside the private locked garage that are recording. Audio is not recorded. All community amenities are use at your own risk! Located within 35 minutes of Camelback Mountain Resort, Blue Mountain Resort, and Shawnee Mountain Ski Area, this home is perfect for skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing. The space Master bedroom with king sized bed. 2 queen sized bedrooms. One room with twin bed and twin over full sized bunk bed. Loft has a pull out bed. Loft is on the third floor but is an open space and does not have a private door. Guest access Guest can access the entire house and backyard. Backyard is fenced all through out. Garage is not accessible. Other things to note Pool is salt water and opens in May. There is a heating option for pool. But there will be an additional cost of $75 a day due to extra utility costs. Please let host know beforehand if you wish to add heating option. Pool temperature can reach up to 80 degrees, but outside temperature must be within that 10 degree range. Heater turns on only during the day (7am-7pm). Deck floor gets very warm from the sun. Be sure to bring flip flops. We do not provide any floaties, but we do have a hand pump so you can inflate any floaties you may want to bring. We do provide coolers for your use located outside double doors in ground level. There is an outdoor umbrella on deck. Close umbrella after every use. Do not open if weather is windy. Guest is responsible if damage done due to weather. - Amenities - 5 mins from public golf course - 10 mins from Shawnee Mountain - 10 min from boat rental for Delaware Water Gap (Adventure Sports) - Many hiking trails in the area including Bushkill Falls (15 mins away) - 30 mins from Camelback Mountain - 40 mins from Blue Mountain -Pets are welcomed. There is a $100 pet fee included at check out. We ask for pets to be potty trained and for guests to pick up after them. Backyard is completely fenced in. For every additional dog beyond the first there is an additional fee of $50. -High chair and pack and play available. - Washer and dryer available. Drying rack is provided. -Small stack of firewood and fire starter provided for guests inside. Delivery for additional wood can be arranged at an added cost. Cost is $150 for a large stack of wood. If you would like to use the wood that is outdoors, please contact host to purchase. -There is a pull out sofa bed available in loft. Bed can be set up prior to guests arrival if requested beforehand. Please let host know if set up is needed. Keep in mind, loft is an open space and does not have a private door. Loft level does not have AC vents but there is a ceiling fan. We also provide an additional fan. - Fridge ice machine is turned off. We do not provide ice for hygienic reason. The house was recently professionally designed and fully renovated with brand-new appliances and furniture. It has three spacious bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a game room, a family room, and a living room. This home can comfortably sleep up to twelve people but can accommodate many more. The driveway fits up to three cars. Hot tub: Soak in the hot tub and feel the muscles relax. Enjoy it under the fairy lights at night or during the day. The hot tub is available anytime all year round. Swimming Pool: An above-ground pool is available to cool down in the hot summers (it is open from June to September, depending on the weather).
