The space An original home built in Old Town Kenai, Jetty Petersen's historic hand-hewn log home with dovetailed corners was built in 1940 and is on the Alaska historical registry. With an original exterior and completely remodeled interior, this home has spectacular and unobstructed views. Views of the world-famous Kenai River, the Pacific Ocean’s Cook Inlet beach, and the active volcano, Mount Redoubt, can all be seen from the four large picture windows of the living area. Eagles, beluga whales, and seals as well as the many fishing fleets are a few sites seen from this charming beach home. This is a great place for dip-netting season; view the fishing taking place from the comfort of home, or take a short walk down to the mouth of the river and be in the center of it all. Historical Old Town is a walk back in time. The Kenai Visitors Natural History Museum, open-air Saturday Market, and many places to eat are all within walking distance. 3 Bedrooms and a Loft room (altogether sleeps 10 adults in beds comfortably; we do not charge extra for those willing to sleep on cots, recliners and such). There is a local public fish cleaning station at the Soldotna Visitor Center (approximately 8 minutes drive). There are also multiple fish processing locations nearby - including one just down the road- where folks can drop off their catch to have it cleaned, packaged and/or frozen (ready to ship).

One set has a full size on the bottom. This unit is available to rent year-round. The space We live on a 1-acre parcel in a residential area. You are welcome to use the firepit, picnic table and BBQ as well a freezer during the summer months. We do have wildlife that occasionally wander through the yard. Guest access We have a bbq that is available for guest to use. We also have a fire pit that our guest can enjoy. For the fisherman we have freezer space available.

Renters have access to an outhouse aprox 50 feet away as well as Diamond M Ranch bathrooms/showers at “Bath House” about a 200 yard walk from cabin (included in pictures) and laundry room. This cabin has includes a queen bed, couch that can be made into a full bed, shelves, filtered water, microwave, propane cook stove, fridge, and utensils. If you require additional parking for trailers or RV or boat or additional work vehicles, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate. We do have plenty of parking space and will just need to make arrangements. Other things to note Please note: This is not an easily accessible apartment for someone with limited mobility. Since our unit is part of a larger commercial space, and there is no yard, animals and smoking are not allowed on our property. Also note: If you are sensitive to light, during the Spring and Summer months, you may want to consider a Sleep/eye mask. Our property has skylights and blocking 100% of daylight is very difficult. If you aren’t acclimated to a 24/7 daylight environment, an eye mask may be helpful.

It's a great central location on the Kenai Peninsula for day trips to Seward and Homer as well. Our apartment is in the basement of our home. Located close to Kenai or Soldotna. You have your own private entrance and heater. There are 3 twin beds and 1 queen size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. We offer freezer space for your fish. We live in a peaceful neighborhood with the occasional visit from a moose, eagle or even caribou. This is a no smoking facility. You are welcome to smoke outside, but not inside. Pot smoking is NOT ALLOWED on the property. The space We are located on a 1-acre parcel with a firepit in the back yard. We are in a peaceful residential neighborhood. We have plenty of parking too. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the whole yard, firepit, picnic table and BBQ and freezer in the summer months.

One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned. The space With a view overlooking the Kenai River flats this location is perfect for business or pleasure. Five minutes to the beach, five minutes to the City of Kenai and only 10 miles from (URL HIDDEN) The 26 mile bike path is right at the end of our drive for a nice cycle tour of the Kenai/(URL HIDDEN) area. Guest access The apartment has outside access and is located above the space formally known as the garage. We now use this space for projects and in the event of nasty weather during weddings we host throughout the summer. Other things to note We welcome guests travelling with their pets and only charge a nominal $20.00 pet fee. Add your pet when you book and Lisa will have a dog bed, bowls and treats in place when you arrive. Clean up bags and tennis balls are located on the front lawn and can be deposited in the dumpster. Please be mindful of the wildlife in our neighborhood when letting your dog off leash. Moose and Caribou frequent our property regularly. We have a freezer available for your use in the event you should need to store some of your catch from the Kenai. Also of note: The water in the Kenai watershed is very heavy in iron and will have a sulfur smell from time to time. We do our best to keep salt and filters replaced but it is noticeable and not the best for drinking. We provide a filter pitcher in the fridge for drinking purposes.

The cabin has a luxurious sleeping loft (ladder access only) with a California King sized bed, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The space The cabin has a front porch and outdoor furniture, for you to sit and enjoy the spectacular scenery. Beluga whales can sometimes be spotted in the Inlet. We are in a fantastic spot for dip net fishing, and the cabin is fitted with an outdoor fish cutting table and chest freezer. Other things to note Empty the trash, pile all the dirty beddings and towels preferably on the floor, wash your dirty dishes, dry and put it away, no shoes inside, dont trash the place otherwise charges will be impose.
