There is more than enough room for everyone to settle in at "Linkside Luau." This privately-owned home has a large new kitchen featuring quartz countertops, a hip and sunny subway tile backsplash, and high-end stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped (full-sized refrigerator!) for the enthusiastic cook who enjoys feeding family and friends! A Keurig coffee machine (and a few starter coffee pods) is available as well as a traditional coffee maker, and the kitchen includes a sitting counter for quiet mornings as the rest of the crew emerges from their restful night's sleep. There is a full size washer (extra large) and dryer in the hall bathroom with detergent provided. The outdoor space at "Linkside Luau" is unbeatable and simply put - it's amazing! A covered patio spans the entire backside of the house complete with a dining table (seats 6), an additional round gas firepit table with 4 rocking swivel chairs, a large hammock, and a full-sized Blackstone griddle. Three lighted ceiling fans have been added, in addition to the several canned lights. The backyard is completely private from other neighbors as we are situated perfectly to view the golf course and the bay. The sunsets are truly spectacular and there are no homes between "Linkside Luau" and the shore of the bay, giving you a private sunset view each and every night from the covered patio or the upstairs deck off the master suite. "Linkside Luau" is located within the resort of Sandestin® and is on the bayside nestled amongst golf courses, the conference center, and Baytowne Wharf! The beach is a mere 1.5 miles away (please bring your own beach towels), close enough to cart, walk, or bike over but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle (and noise) of beach life. Walk out the front door and head in any direction towards fun and entertainment!
