We’d love to host you and your family! The space This is our third Vacation Rental and we finished construction in May 2025. We designed this house to be a rental., we didn’t convert an old house. It is a luxury build with 8’ doors, fine details, an EV charger, and many upgrades. It has three master suites, all with king-size beds, another bedroom with a king size bed, plus a bunk room for the children. This house is meant to comfortably sleep 12 guest and includes a chef‘s kitchen with a gas stove, wall oven and microwave combo, high-end knives and any cooking utensil you need. There is a living room downstairs with a 65 inch TV along with the bonus room upstairs in the loft with the 55 inch TV. The best part of the part of the property is the beach private secluded beach which is a three minute walk, with the included beach cart. Once you return from the beach take a shower in the outside shower and dip your toes in the heated pool and spa, or hang by the outside pool bar with a TV. We hope you come to stay with us! We have immediate family with dog allergies and cannot accept any kind of pets. If evidence of an unauthorized pet is detected, reported or found on the premises it can cause an immediate eviction from the owner, and the guest’s rent and deposit will be forfeited along with a $500 fine. Please be upfront and don't just try to sneak a pet in. ----- MECHANICAL FAILURES ----- Mechanical failures happen every now and then and are rare. Unfortunately No refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as the supply of electricity, telephone service, water, tubs, air conditioning, television or internet service, appliances, etc. We do have technicians on call and will do our best to get any mechanical failures repaired as soon as possible. ----- UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES ----- Should the vacation home be out of order or deemed substandard prior to your arrival (which is rare but things break and things happen) you will be contacted with current "issue" and asked if you would like to proceed with your stay with a possible discount. If that is not satisfactory you will then be entitled to a refund of the rental without the penalties. ----- LIABILITY ----- The Homeowner does not assume any liability for personal or property loss, damage, or injury during your stay. The Property manager/Agency also reserves the right to refuse service or rentals to anyone at their discretion. The guests are liable for their own safety and should have their children supervised by adults at all times, especially when young children are playing inside and outside the home. Liability Waiver is required to be signed for property access. ----NATURE ---- In Florida, insects are part of the environment. We have the house treated monthly inside and out for insects and the entire yard is also treated for mosquitoes. However, Palmetto bugs are impossible to keep out 100% in southern states especially with doors opening and closing frequently. It is rare you will see one, but if you do they are easy to dispose of and a refund will not be provided. If you feel there is an excessive issue of any kind please notify us and we will have our exterminator at home within 24 hours to address your concerns. Beach chairs, cart, umbrella, towels, and small sand toys will be provided! Kayaks will also be provided to be used at your own risk. Propane grill will also be available for your convenience. You assume full liability for use of any of these items. We will do our best to keep these items in good working condition for every guest. However, condition is not guaranteed and refund will not be offered if any of these items are not in working order. If evidence of an unauthorized pet is detected, reported or found on the premises it can cause an immediate eviction from the owner, and the guest’s rent and deposit will be forfeited along with a $500 fine. If that is not satisfactory you will then be entitled to a refund of the rental without the penalties. ----- LIABILITY ----- Our insurance requires the primary renter to sign a liability waiver on behalf of their group for use of hot tub and amenities located in the shed (bikes, kayaks, paddle board, beach gear). We have the house treated monthly inside and out for insects and the entire yard is also treated for mosquitoes. However, Palmetto bugs (look like roaches) are impossible to keep out 100% in southern states especially with doors opening and closing frequently. It is rare you will see one, but if you do they are easy to dispose of and a refund will not be provided. If you feel there is an excessive issue of any kind please notify us and we will have our exterminator at home within 24 hours to address your concerns. Beach chairs, cart, umbrella, towels, and small sand toys will be provided! Some bicycles, scooters, & kayaks will also be provided to be used at your own risk. A charcoal grill will also be available for your convenience. You assume full liability for use of any of these items, including the hot tub. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from The Fountain of Youth (just two blocks east) to a nice 15 minute scenic walk to Francis Field (concerts, Sing out Loud Festival) or Castillo de San Marco and then another 5 mins to downtown.
