There are two pools and two hot tubs which are accessible during the following open hours: East pool 8am-10pm West pool 10am-10pm You can get a key to the fitness room from the front desk 7am-11pm. The kitchen is large and in charge, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the utensils, appliances,and  silverware needed to prepare your signature feast. The floors are traventine throughout. There are TV’s in every room with all the premium channels including Disney. There is also has free internet service for the tech junkie in all of us. Step out on your private balcony and enjoy spectacular Destin sunsets, or walk to one of the two private pools (one heated), the closest of which is only steps away from the condo. This unit comes with two complimentary beach chairs and umbrella during peak season. Guest access You must check-in at our office located at 842 Highway 98 East, Destin, FL 32541. (Some navigation systems use 842 Harbor Blvd.). If you are arriving after 5 pm you will find a packet with your key and information in the lockbox located in the breezeway. Please call our office in advance for the combination. Check-In is 5 pm. On Saturdays we may experience slight unavoidable delays, we ask for your patience in this regard. On Saturdays, guests will not be allowed to go to the property prior to 5 pm. Complexes will no longer allow guests on site until their unit is ready. We do not guarantee a 5 pm check-in. No refund will be given for check-in's that occur later than 5 pm. We do not allow or guarantee early check-in either. Early check-ins may require an additional fee. Your driver's license or state ID must be presented at time of check-in. Other things to note Occupancy includes all guests staying in the unit this includes children under 3. We provide all linens for the unit except beach towels. We supply 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each trash can and a starter set of dish soap and bar soap. Once those items are used it is up to the guest to purchase more items. Food items will not be left in the condo, this includes salt & pepper. We do not supply paper towels either.
