A short drive to the best SWFL has to offer makes it a great location! Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, garage, pool area, and yard. Other things to note The external ice maker on the refrigerator is non functional. There are ice trays inside the freezer and we can provide bags of ice if a larger quantity is needed. The boat dock can be used by guests, however the boat lift is not available for use. The pool is cleaned weekly and the lawn cut weekly. These vendors do not share their daily schedule with us and can show up unannounced.
