Our lodging and fire permit only allows 14 humans. This is set by a county ordinance. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in a fine by both local authorities, eviction, and a $250 fine by the host.  Absolutely no fires anywhere on the property. We do not offer refunds for weather unless there is a declared natural disaster and a mandatory evacuation is ordered.
